Hen Colwyn, a detached cottage, built in 1895, has three bedrooms (king, triple and ground floor twin bedroom , family bathroom (bath with shower cubicle), kitchen, dining area, conservatory, utility room and further WC. Take advantage of the sea views. Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, Freeview TV, DVD, private off road parking for 4 vehicles and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied, WIFI, heating and electricity are included. This is a NO SMOKING & DOG FRIENDLY property with a SATURDAY changeover (flexible out of season).
