This end-terraced cottage is set in the village of Llysfaen, close to Colwyn Bay and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. 1 Hwylfa Terrace is a stone built, end-terrace cottage situated in the rural village of Llysfaen, just two miles from Colwyn Bay. This cottage sleeps four people and has two double bedrooms, as well as a ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there are two patio areas and off road parking for one car. 1 Hwylfa Terrace is an ideal base for exploring the local area, or for simply relaxing on a sandy beach.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Small, enclosed front and rear patio areas with furniture and BBQ. Off road parking for 1 car. Additional roadside parking on nearby road. Bike storage. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 8 mins walk. Bus stop 3 mins walk. Coast 2 miles. Note: There is low head height on the stairs, and there is a single step on the landing.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  the owner was very pleasant and helpful.
  The location of the cottage presented me with a problem parking the car but after a few days this was a minor niggle.This location is excellent for visiting any part of the North Wales coast.
