Within the grounds of Residence Griante there is a large private swimming pool, BBQ, sauna, hot tub and private garages. Apartment 4 along with all apartments and are furnished to a very high standard with superior quality fittings. Residence Griante is set in a commanding position on a raised secondary road within a quiet, sunny and peaceful location surrounded by sumptuous villas close to Villa Carlotta and has lake views overlooking Bellagio. Apartment 4

This beautiful apartment (165 sq. m) is set on 2 levels has four rooms and sleeps up to 6 people. The apartment has a modern ‘L’ shaped living room/dining room area, separate kitchen 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

At the ground floor level (internal access to lower ground floor level), there is large living/dining room area (54 sq m). The lounge/dining room area contains seating for 8 people including a double sofa, widescreen TV (complete with English channels), DVD player and dining table and chairs (seating for 8 people). There are two patio large doors leading onto a balcony and private garden beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 4 hotplates, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Also at the ground floor level is a double bedroom with patio door leading onto the terrace (approximately 55 sq m) and bathroom.

At the lower ground floor level (natural light) there is a second large lounge area (26 sq m) complete with double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms and also a second bathroom. Two bedrooms contain double beds, one bedroom contains 2 single beds (which can be made into a double) and all have fitted wardrobes and drawers. Additional Location Information

Griante is approximately 23 kilometres north of Como town is a bustling town that offers much in the way of nightlife, with many bars open until late in Tremezzo and Menaggio (both neighbouring towns), and many restaurants specialising in typical “cucina Lariana”, which includes many fish dishes using fish freshly caught on the lake.
In the nearby town of Lenno there is a lido with exclusive beach (sand) is a popular place in the day for beach lovers, and equally as popular in the evening when it is transformed at sunset into a plush bar ideal for aperitif and then into the evening for restaurant food and lastly open air disco.
For sports lovers there is ample choice with tennis, golf (3km) and horse riding (4km) close by whilst further a field there is windsurfing (15km) and Ski Resorts (100 - 150 km).

  Hard to fault apartment on Lake Como

  Stayed here with a party of 6 including 3 adults, two teenagers and an 83 year old grandmother. The apartment is in a low level well designed complex of eight apartments with a shared pool, sauna and jacuzzi, located in a quite almost rural setting about two minutes drive from the lake shore. There was private parking for guests although the driveway access might be a bit of a test for nervous drivers. There are some nice slightly restricted views of the lake and Bellagio from the complex. The owner/manager Matteo was very helpful with check in and check out and seemed a very nice guy with a real interest in guests enjoying their stay. The location is close to all the attractions Lake Como has to offer such as gardens, villas, lake ferries, shops and dining. We'll be back!
