Modern 1 bedroom apartment located a brisk walk from the lake, few minutes from trains, buses, ferries and funicular and a 5 minute walk to central Como and all its shops bars and restaurants.
The apartment is completely furnished with a double bed, sofa bed, table and chairs. The kitchen has all you need to cook and prepare meals for 4 people. You'll receive a complimentary welcome kit, composed by olive oil and italian condiments, bottled water, coffee and we provide all bedding and towels.
