Our private home is very spacious and offers 2,000 SQFT of luxurious living, 2 large bedrooms with euro king in master bedroom plus an additional single sleeper sofa bed /loveseat should you need it. Second bedroom with queen size bed . 2 large full custom marbled bathrooms, bright open plan living room with lots of light and french doors throughout, full kitchen with beautiful granite, balcony with views of Como skyline and breakfast nook. Elevator from street level to villa entry. The villa can sleep up to 5 very comfortably. Exquisetly finished, with hand carved wood furnishings, Italian Leather sofa and chaise with custom original artwork, Argentinian marble and granite throughout. Villa Elika has gorgeous original hardwood floors throughout, the penthouse. With custom built in mahogany closets and bookcases in all rooms and large bay windows with french doors and privacy shades. Villa Elika has designer hand carved furnishings collected throughout the world and is custom designed and equipped with all amenities. Included are top quality antique hand woven carpets, luxury bed linens and fluffy towels, wall safe, custom made security doors and designer lighting. Fully stocked kitchen with top quality appliances, television, internet and security system. All utilities and heating are included in the rate. Villa Elika overlooks the city of Como and Piazza Cavour, where you can catch the ferry to cruise Lake Como, as well as being right next to the Duomo in Como Centro and steps from all the designer shops, outdoor flower and fresh vegetable markets as well as trendy cafe`s and restaurants. Additional Location Information

Being centrally located, a car is not necessary although parking is available nearby if needed. All public transportation is within walking distance; ferry stops, buses, train stations and taxis are all within a few feet away.
With elevator to exit the privacy of the exclusive penthouse; directly to the right, is Piazza Cavour and the waterfront, to the left is downtown Como Centro and around the corner is the splendor of the Duomo. With an abundance of trendy cafés, gelaterias, fantastic restaurants, waterfront dining, pastry shops and pasta shops, fresh markets and designer shops surrounding our private penthouse, this is a destination to remember and create wonderful memories. There is also a grocery store a few feet from the penthouse.
Our easily accessible Como Centro location allows for comfortable travel around the lake area (Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna), for day trips or as a base for travel throughout Italy and Europe. As part of your experience with us, Lake Como Beach Resort and Villas offer private concierge services and recommendations when it comes time to plan your perfect holiday!
The Lake Como Ferry is just a few feet away where you can take a dinner cruise or the hydrofoil to Bellagio and Colico up the lake. Piazza Cavour you can catch a taxi right in front of the villa. We can also assist you with boat rentals or day trips around the lake or beyond.

  Lake Como is an amazing place and should not be missed on any trip to Italy. It was a romantic memorable holiday as it was our 15th Wedding anniversary.
  We were thrilled to have found Villa Elika in downtown Como Center and our fabulous hosts, Eric and Robin. Thank you for your exceptional customer service before and during our stay. The villa is truly unique, one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. Large, gorgeous, spacious, very comfortable and beautifully decorated with all of the amenities we could ever need. Loved the high quality designer furnishings and all the personal touches in the villa.
  The views of the Como skyline and the Duomo were wonderful. We enjoyed our mornings on the terrace with a cappucino in hand.
  The location could not have been more perfect. The villa was within walking distance to all the great restaurants nearby as well as cafes and pastry stops. We were within walking distance to the two train stations, ferry port. Everything was right at our fingertips. There was also abundant public parking for our car nearby. The waterfront was just a few feet from the villa. Everything was absolutely perfect!
  We cannot wait to return to Villa Elika and Lake Como. Eric, you are a true gentleman and we cannot thank you enough for going beyond the call of duty to help us set up our day trips and answering our many questions.

  Stunning Como Penthouse near the Waterfront...

  Quiet double pane windows throughout as well as solid hardwood doors. The living room is over 30 feet long,and opens to the outdoor verandas and balconies overlooking the spectacular Como Skyline. Which is one of the reasons guests come, to see the romantic lake in the evening in the privacy of their own luxury setting. Such an amazing site. The floor plan is very open and sapacious from the wide entry halls to the large cozy comfortable living room and great room. Incredibly well lit with a light airy feel if you take into consideration all the large massive windows to view the entire city. The skyline is gorgeous. Perfect Penthouse in a perfect location. Our choice was right on and we will be returning back to our favorite Lake in Europe. The bedrooms were very well designed and had great nights sleep on the orthopedic mattresses. Luxury, silk linens, cushy soft towels. Everything was top of the line. Exquisite property in the heart of the city. we were fortunate to have found Villa Elika and Eric and Robin were such professional gracious hosts and owners. No-other property owner has ever offered more time or services to help make our stay a tremendous one. Location! Location! Location ! with all the added touches .
  Very romantic, incredibly comfortable and quiet. We could not have chosen any better. It is truly a gem. The only downside was like all old building, the elevator is a bit small but works very well, and they have the stairs. Hardly anything to complain about. it has a security camera and security system. Our stay did not feel it was long enough and would have loved to stay for a few weeks. We will be back again this summer. Having the grocery store right next door is very convenient.
  The trendy restaurants and cafes are all within a few feet away of Villa Elika . I would recommend the property to couples,Friends,families and people with some mobility issues. Thank you Eric for such an incredible holiday. You are the best!

  Truly Spectacular Luxury Downtown Como Penthouse !

  Our fabulous stay in this luxury penthouse fulfilled every romanticized notion of apartment living in Como, Italy. We were the first guests to stay in this lovely, upscale apartment, and the owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. They have gone above and beyond in thinking of every detail to make their home have the feel of a sophisticated luxury penthouse right next to the Duomo, with all and more of the added comforts and luxuries of home. We particularly loved the gorgeous open plan living space and beautiful terraces that overlooked the Como skyline. Loved this idyllic penthouse, next to the waterfront with all the amenities, downtown Como has to offer. The apartment was even more than we had ever imagined, very high end, with designer furnishings and plush, high-quality linens with all the little extras. The owners thought of everything to make our stay, one of the most memorable and romantic holidays, we have ever had on our many travels around the world.
  Villa Elika beats any 5 star hotel, for the high quality of living we experienced during our two week stay in Como.
  The large penthouse was perfect for our romantic holiday and is very spacious with sleeping for up to five. My husband and I to felt completely comfortable throughout our 14 night stay. There was no lack of storage for us to unpack our belongings with abundant custom closets, which left the apartment feeling clean and open. The full kitchen was very quaint and perfect for cooking meals and was stocked with all of the essentials. We appreciated having the kitchen for a quick breakfast before a day of sightseeing and made a few dinners at home and sampled the local fresh fruit, vegetable markets and pastry shops (just a few blocks away).
  The location of this apartment truly cannot be beat. While it is located next to the waterfront, with its many wonderful markets, shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Perfect in every way! Thank you Eric.
