Romantic Villetta Mare is located directly on the waterfront at the quaint and exclusive Lake Como Beach Resort and Villettas in the village of Pognana Lario 15 minutes from Bellagio and 10 minutes to Como Centro.

This beautuful Villetta sits on two levels with master bedroom, full bathroom and private balcony with french doors overlooking the stunning views of Lake Como.

Main floor consis...ts of living room with french doors, dining area and full open kitchen opening to the private gardens and lake views.

Villetta Mare comes with secure private parking and elevator that brings you from the parking area to the 3 acres of manicured gardens.

The resort has a private sand lido and boat dock for swimming in the lake or relaxing on the deck, as well as large dbl BBQ area overlooking the lake.

Catch the ferry for a day trip to Bellagio which is only a 3 minute walk from the villetta.

Villetta Mare and the Lake Como Beach Resort are located directly on the ' Waterfront ' of Lake Como, in the village of Pognana Lario and just a 3 minute walk on foot from the ferry dock. Lake Como is the most famous/popular lake area in Italy. Pognana Lario is situated on the Bellagio side of the lake. This wonderful property includes 3 acres of lush gardens as well as private sand lido for swimming and private boat dock. The lake is fantastic for all water sports; a haven for windsurfers and sail boats. The beautiful property is surrounded by lovely old villas that are scattered along the lake shore. The surrounding mountains are perfect for hiking in spring, summer or fall and skiing in winter. The lake is bordered by charming old villages, historical monuments and lovely gardens now open to the public, making this a great holiday destination year round. We have much to do and explore in the nearby quaint villages of Bellagio, Nesso, Faggeto Lario, Torno and Blevio, Varenna, Mennagio, Como and Lugano, Switzerland with its picturesque mountains, valleys and waterfalls. We have restaurants, cafes and grocery shops within walking distance of Villetta Mare. Topping it all off, is world famous Bellagio at just 10 minutes by car. Villetta Mare is located at the quaint private 'Lake Como Beach Resort' directly on the Waterfront in the village of Pognana Lario, 10 minutes from Como Centro and 15 minutes from Bellagio on the Bellagio side of the lake. Centrally located on Lake Como, close to all the famous sites yet far enough away for peace, tranquility and relaxation. The Pognana Lario ferry is just a 3 minute walk by foot from the Lake Como Beach Resort. Pognana Lario has everything you may need and reachable by either ferry, public transportation or by car.

There are NO ADDITIONAL FEES or costs.

The rental rate includes holiday rental for 7 nights, final cleaning, all utilities, linens, towels and beach towels.
The rental rate also includes private secure parking, elevator and the use of our facilities, boat dock and sand lido, gardens and bbq areas, as well as beach for swimming or lounging.

Personal Concierge Services included.

50% deposit on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We accept deposits by either registered bank transfer or through Paypal.
All wiring fees are the responsibility of the guest.
Any damage or breakage needs to be settled prior to departure at replacement cost and is the responsibility of the guest.
Additional housekeeping services available at 40.00 per hour
