nous revenons du lac de come enchantés du site et de l'accueil très chaleureux de l' ensemble du personnel et des propriétaires .nous avons d'ailleurs eu une panne de voiture là bas et avons pu juger de la réactivité et de l'implication des propriétaires ( spécial thank's to éric ). le site est à vivre sans modération et au rythme local , de préférence par navigation , l'embarquement se faisant de plein pied à 200 m , quel luxe !juste un bémol, l'accés en voiture , notamment lourde, du parking est très délicat ,encore d'avantage sous la pluie diluvienne ...

Wir, eine kleine dreiköpfige Familie, hatten einen wundervollen uns sehr entspannten aufenthalt über drei Nächte. Wir können uns damit den positiven Reviews der anderen Gäste nur anschliessen.
Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der sensationelle Blick über den See und die Ruhe des Resorts, man kann sofort ein paar Gänge zurück schalten. Die Liegestühle laden herrlich zu einer Flasche Wein zum Sonnenuntergang ein. Zum sehr gelungenen Kurzurlaub hat auch Eric beigetragen. Er nimmt sich wirklich viel Zeit, und hat eine Menge Ideen für den Besuch von lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Freizeitaktivitäten. Wirklich ein Supertyp. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Trip!!

Robin and Eric were great hosts. The warm welcome was so great and the staff they had to help bring our luggage and groceries to our villa was spectacular.
The Villa was such a great accommodation for the week that we stayed there for our sons wedding. Really enjoyed the boat ride to the villages and towns which was only a short walk from the villa. Having the grocery store (delicious fresh baked bread and pesto) close as well was very handy and they also delivered the groceries to your room. Great memories were made at this Lake Como Beach Resort...Ryan and Jessie's dream wedding. Would definitely recommend this as a holiday resort.

Everything was perfect : from the reservation (very good contact by e-mail and by phone) to our stay in Lake Como Beach Resort.
The villas are well situated between Como and Bellagio (perfect for visits by boat or by car). As it is directly on the lake, there is no road - and therefore no noise - disturbing.
The villas are very well equipped for a long stay.
All the staff is very kind and paid a great attention to every detail so that everyone feels good.
We will definitely come back ! -

We stayed here with our 3 sons - ages 5 11 and 13 and had a lovely 9 nights.
On arriving the driveway was the steepest with the tightest bend we have ever seen. We then had to go down about 40 steps to the elevator in the garden. On leaving the elevator was another 40 steep steps then 15 double length steps - this certainly wouldn't be a good location for anyone who wasn't fit!
Eric was very helpful and visited twice a day and was on his mobile if there were any problems. He was very helpful giving local knowledge and advising where to visit.
The accommodation was very clean but noisy. You could hear the adjoining neighbours talk/whisper/run taps/flush toilets etc, etc..
The lake was lovely and the boys enjoyed swimming in it. We took the local ferry to Como and Bellagio for the day which we walked to along the lake without having to go up the drive.
At night we ate in as the road was extremely narrow (no pavements and just enough room for 2 cars). There was a little bar and a small supermarket along from the drive entrance. There was a butchers counter and they sold beautiful cooked and uncooked meats - perfect for BBQ 's. Due to the location most stayed in the evenings and it was a friendly atmosphere. -

We were four adults staying in one of the nine(?) apartments in Pognana Lario lakeside house. At first we were a bit surprised at the walk down (quite a bit of steps) from the parking as we arrived quite late to the property. However after settling in and especially in the morning we quickly found out the virtues of this place. The best was being able to swim directly from our own patio/pier, the water was refreshing but warm and we had a lot of fun with it and the rubber boat. The apartments had a functional albeit small kitchenette and there was a nice common patio for grilling and eating-lovely! Upstairs from the kitchen/tv-room were two bedrooms. The spiral staircase was narrow but one got used to it. The masterbedroom was nice w a comfortable bed, on the minus side was the fact that the bathroom and second bedroom both had their entry from the master bedroom which led to a bit of traffic through that room. This of course would be less of a problem if f.ex. a family was staying at the place. The bathroom was nice and everything clean which was greatly appreciated. Great views as well through the windows!
Pognana Lario is nicely situated a short drive from Como. We loved the Bella Vista restaurant closeby. Even if we had great plans to do hiking the warm weather made us lazy and we just enjoyed the bathing too much. We will miss this place, defenitely recommend it. Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Villeta Serenita 1. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Räume sehr sauber und ausreichend groß. Die Bettenfederung war etwas weich. Der Vermieter, Eric, stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat uns mehrere gute Tipps für Restaurant und Freizeit gegeben. Die anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und die Lage direkt am See einfach herrlich. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Toben im See. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass Schwimmutensilien für Kinder vor Ort waren und genutzt werden konnten. Gute Restaurants sind nahe bei und die Gegend kann sehr gut mit Fähre und Bus bereist werden. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung.

My partner and I spent a magical 5 days in Villetta Serenita. Firstly, the location of the villetta is unbeatable - right on the shore of lake Como with spectacular 180 degree views of the lake. There is a private garden with tables, chairs and a bbq and a private pontoon beach with deck chairs, perfect for relaxing and swimming. We had a car and found the location very convenient as it was in the middle of Como and Bellagio. There is also a ferry dock and bus stop which we found handy. The villetta is furnished beautifully, very comfortable and clean, beautiful views and it was stocked with everything we needed for cooking at home, even a bottle of wine on arrival. It has two bedrooms and is ideal for couples or families. But what really makes this resort special are the wonderful hosts - Eric, Robin and Jiselle. We had some unfortunate circumstances and had to rearrange a prior booking and we could not believe how incredibly kind and understanding they were. Eric was always available during our stay and made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. We could not recommend this accommodation more highly and we cannot wait for our return!

We searched high and low to find the perfect property for our family holiday in February. After finding The Lake Como Beach Resort and Villetta Serenita with it's two bedrooms and it's wonderful amenities, we decided to stay there for our week in paradise on the watefront.
The resort is everything advertised, perfect for couple or families. With a huge video library for all ages . Books and toys as well as the highly recommended boat rental and fab meals - what more could one ask for?
The villetta was beautifully understated and elegant and had something for everyone. Our entire family of 4 was delighted. There was something for every age group. Wow what a pleasant surprise. This made my husband and I thrilled that we had finally found the perfect place to come on holiday where the children were all happy. :)
The villa included many hand made items that were gifted to the owners Eric and Robin as well as items form their personal collection of art and basketry from around the world. There were many delicate finishing touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Especially the extra little storage nook with the adorable welcome sign above the door.
Perfect in every way. The decor was lovely and very elegantly done.One can see the designer inspired high taste level of Eric's wife Robin.
Beautiful Venetian handmade masks and paintings from around the world. A lot of thought went into these holiday rentals. It feels like I live here. Not like I am renting, as I would buy this for myself. A job well done you two. Excellent customer service was given our family and maintained throughout our stay. We felt like family and warmly welcome.
Truly fantastic hosts just as written in the reviews of past guests.
Everyone will have to experience the Lcbr on the Beach - it's perfect.

Had a great time with best mates at the Lake Como Beach Resort. Can't say enough about our hosts Eric, Robin and Jiselle. The place was perfect for our group of 4 adullts. We enjoyed taking excursions on the ferrry and driving the lake road. What a blast! We will come back!

If you are looking for excellent family accommodations and facilities on Lake Como where you can swim, rent a boat on the jetty or just relax on the lido and be close to all the sites, yet still have your privacy, then this little resort is the perfect place to stay. We felt so fortunate to have had the Lake Como Beach Resort recommended to us by our German friends, who stayed there in June. They described it brilliantly. In fact, we thought it may have been too good to be true and were pleasantly surprised on our arrival. It beat all of our expectations. It was tops in quality and so very well maintained.Our two children never wanted to leave and cried on departure. Staying in such a lovely accommodation made our family holiday that much more special. Our family truly enjoyed the property with it's many amenities, the grill outdoors and the magnificent views of Lake Como. Our hosts were a delight and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We as a family would like to make it our yearly holiday. I am planning a romantic trip back for my husband and I for our anniversary.

One of the best holidays we have ever had as a family.
A truly beautiful property with many amenities. We loved having the beach and lake literally at our doorstep and the weather was perfect in September.
Renting the boat and having it delivered to the dock as well as cruising the lake was a highlight and catching the ferry to various villages to visit along the lake.
The seaplane ride from Como was also a wonderful once in a lifetime experience. It is an entire scenic tour of the three lakes from the sky of - Como, Lugano and Maggiore.
Don't miss the gorgeous gardens of Carlotta and the James Bond Villa.
Eric, Robin and little Jiselle were the perfect hosts, so accommodating, helpful and kind. Eric, thanks for going out of your way to make our stay extra special. You're tops in our book! Please come and visit us in Canada, you, Robin and Jiselle are always welcome.

Notre villetta a été belle et décorées avec goût. La station a été très agréable avec beaucoup de choses de faire nager dans le lac et louer un bateau à la cale du bateau. Ils vont vous chercher trop !
Le lido est idéal pour se détendre et nous avons apprécié les incroyables vues depuis les jardins et les biens.
Très, très agréable.
Eric et Robin étaient exceptionnelles hôtes et Jiselle un délice.

having visited Italy on a number of occasions we were looking forward to our trip to Lake Como, unfortunately we were left extremely disappointed by the accomodation and the resort. There is no easy access to any decent restuarants, shops, walks or general facilities, in fact it was extremly isolated and unaccessable. Whilst it is entiled "Lake como beach resort" there is neither a beach or a resort in that there are no facilities such as pool, resturant bar etc furthermore there is no private outdoor space in which to relax, the accomodation being appartments in a complex rather than free-standing Villa as is suggested by the literature. I would not recommend this venue to anyone who wants to do more than lieing on a sun lounger by the lake side!

We are truly saddened that you did not enjoy your stay with us.The Lake Como Beach Resort is a small private exclusive little resort tucked away from all the tourist areas, yet centrally located between Como and Bellagio, close to everything by public transport ( Ferry, car or bus) so one can experience Italy at it's best. It is chosen by guests for it's privacy, tranquility, peacefulness, and relaxation as well as the stunning views over Lake Como. We are not a hotel but a holiday rental palazzo, with 11 self catering villettas directly on the Lake Como Waterfront. Our guests choose the Lake Como Beach Resort so they can relax in a private quiet 3 acre park like setting and get away from it all. The guests come to relax and enjoy all of what Lake Como, the wonderous landscape and all it's villages have to offer. The Lake Como Beach Resort offers private secure parking with elevator, 3 acres of private gardens, a private sand lido, boat dock and rock beach for swimming. We also have a large bbq area and gazebo. There are many umbrella tables and chairs for guests to use in the gardens and lido to lounge or sit out and enjoy the 180 degree views from all over our property. Villetta Serenita ` is our only two full bedroom family style villetta and as space is limited, there is no balcony. The villetta does offer spectacular views of the lake from the master bedroom window as well as the main floor through the french doors. On the main floor, the french doors open onto the gardens , the gazebo as well as the Lake Views.
In doing the restoration of our old palazzo, we tried to keep in mind, the original period building, so as not to destroy the original architecture.
Above the villettas and only five minutes on foot, is Peppo's Bar and Cafe` and La Meridiana Restaurant. The lake roads and all the lake areas can be quite challenging for some, this is part of the ambiance and landscape around Lake Como that has been here for hundreds and some, thousands of years. The lakes area, is full of narrow curvy roads as well as cobblestone steps.
We also have a wonderful little grocery store/ butcher shop within walking distance across from Peppo's Cafe`and will deliver right to your door. The ferry is a short 3 minute walk from the LCBR. and the bus stop is next to Peppo's Cafe .We do not have a pool, yet we have the wonderful lake to swim in at your doorstep. The lake is accessible for swimming from our boat dock, sand lido and the rock beach.
Most of our guests have great fun swimming in the lake where we offer rafts and rubber boats to enjoy.
We would love for each and evey guest to have a wonderful memorable holiday and amazing experience.
