The house CASA BELLAVISTA is a very neat and light-filled property, it is situated in Conca dei Marini and offers a wonderful home for the most relaxing days of the year, your holidays.

BELLAVISTA attracts with an incredible view of the sea, the coast of Amalfi , the small villages Conca dei Marini and Praiano. You can enjoy this highlights every morning from your balcony.

The house is divided in 2 parts which can be purchased individually or as one, connected with a... separating door. Each part has one double bedroom with tv, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and bidet, a full equipped kitchen and a dining place.The first bedroom has a double bed, an adjoining bathroom and a small seaside balcony. The second bedroom has one double bed, on request the possibility to add a single bed, also an adjoining bathroom and a beautiful seaside balcony. Each room facing the sea. The both living areas consist of dining room and open kitchen. The dining room has enough space to sit comfortably together, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils (5-burner gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishes, pots, etc.)

If you need to wash your laundry, there is a washing machine too.
