To the west of the Amalfi Coast there is a striking stretch of cliffs which terminates between Amalfi and Positano where you will find the distinctive village of Conca dei Marini. Peaceful and quiet, it climbs up the cliffs, lying lazily in the sun of the coast guarded by the splendid five hundred year old Saracen Tower.

Practically overlooking the sea on the stunning bay, you will find Villa Conca dei Marini, an extraordinary combination of vases, statues and bougainvilleas in... flower. It overlooks the beach, lapped by crystal blue waters. The Emerald Grotto, a natural wonder of stalactites and stalagmites and the Convent of Saint Rosa, where in the mid 700s the nuns used to live and invented the famous Neapolitain cake the "sfogliatella".

From the wide terraces of this exclusive home, colours and images of rare beauty will fill your eyes and your soul with wonderful emotions. Surrounded by about 6000 square meters of gardens, Villa Conca dei Marini presents various paths and panoramic observation points. The walks are easy to follow thanks to natural wooden railings, with benches and chairs along the way for short stops. At the end of the walk, there is a natural grotto which offers a privileged view of the bay of Conca Dei Marini. You can reach the beautiful Villa Conca dei Marini by the state road n. 163 and then a flight of about 200 steps and four private entrances. On street level there is a parking area for one car. The position of the villa offers guests easy access to the sea and living space on four levels of about 250 square metres.

The highest part of the villa has three levels opening onto a panoramic terrace of about 70 square metres with built in benches, wicker armchairs and barbecue.

Top floor: Hallway, living room, dining room, lounge with TV and DVD player, furnished kitchen, laundry room, toilet; a very romantic double room with annexed bathroom with hydro massage shower, bed with canopy and fireplace. The room has private access to a terrace with a service room; 1 double bedroom; 1 twin bedroom (double bed on request). From the terrace, up a few steps, there is an outside shower with laundry room and solarium.

Mezzanine: small independent annex with cooking area with fridge and electric cooker, sitting room with balcony, sofa bed, TV and wardrobes, bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with shower.

Lower ground floor: small terrace giving onto a room with a double sofa bed, kitchen module with fridge, electric cooker and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
