VILLA ORIANA is a 250 square meters luxury villa that can accommodate a maxim of 8 people, has 5 bathrooms, air conditioning, private swimming pool with sea view, parking and a splendid garden of 6.000 square meters.

Completely overlooking the sea and the unrivalled beauty bay, Villa Oriana lies in its magic essence.

The splendid Villa, directly reachable from the main road SS 163 through a path of 110 stairs, disposes of four independent entrances:

- Entrance n.1 (about 200 stairs): from the SS 163 94 stairs lead to the gate that gives access to the property. Other 107 steps lead to the Villa's main entrance.

- Ent...rance n. 2 (about 100 stairs): from the SS 163 28 stairs lead to the gate that gives access to the property. From the gate a path of 38 stairs through the gardens of the villa + 35 stairs lead to the Villa's entrance. This access makes it possible to reach the space reserved to the freight elevator.

- Entrance n.3 (about 150 stairs): from the SS 163 a path of about 150 stairs leads to the gate situated on the intermediate level of the villa.

- Entrance n.4 (about 100 stairs): from the beach of Conca dei Marini about 50 stairs through the common road lead to the gate that gives access to the villa's lower level.

An extraordinary combination of amphora, garden sculptures and bougainvillea is the unique frame to Villa Oriana, which boasts a habitable surface of about 250 square meters distributed on four levels.

Beautiful equipped terraces surround the villa giving it a very panoramic overview.

The upper floor of Villa Oriana consists of three levels and opens itself on a very panoramic, equipped terrace of about 70 square meters, provided of brickwork benches, wicker sofas and barbecue.

The upper floor of the villa consists of:

- Entrance

- Living room

- Dining room

- Sitting room with satellite TV and DVD player

- Equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooking plate with 5 stoves, wood oven, exhaust fan, oven, table, chairs)

- Laundry corner (washing machine, laundry basin)

- Bathroom (toilette, basin)

- Romantic double bedroom with Jacuzzi shower bathroom en suite. The room, furnished with fireplace and poster bed, has an independent outside access opening on a small terrace provided of a small service room

- 1 double bedroom with queen size bed

- 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds

- Shower bathroom.

From the terrace through few steps it is possible to reach an external shower with laundry (washing machine, dryer).

Another wonderful, panoramic terrace welcomes a solarium area with private swimming pool with sea view.

The intermediate floor of the Villa Oriana, welcoming a small dependence, opens itself on an extraordinary panoramic terrace. The small dependence is composed of:

- Cooking corner (fridge, two electric stoves)

- Living room with balcony, double bed sofa, TV and wardrobes

- Double bedroom with a queen size bed and balcony

- Shower bathroom.

The lower level of Villa Oriana hosts a small equipped terrace with a studio apartment provided of double bed sofa, kitchen module (fridge, 2 electric stoves) and bathroom (shower, basin, toilet).

From the lower floor of the Villa it is possible to directly reach the sea through any stairs connecting with the common road leading to the beach.

Villa Oriana is surrounded by about 6.000 square meters of private garden provided of splendid paths with fence, several relax areas with benches, semi covered wellness area and natural grotto with sofa bed.

  Beautiful, but had issues

  We stayed at the villa in early July and enjoyed the amalfi Coast very much. The villa was beautiful, clean and comfortable for our group of eight to stay in. We found the people of Conca dei Marini to be very friendly and gracious to us in spite of the language difficulties. However, we had several issues with the property. First, it was difficult finding the location because there is no identification. Our directions were basically "look for two guys on the side of the highway". Once we found them we had to pull tightly against the rock face to unload the bags in busy traffic along this narrow coast road and illegaly park while we hauled the bags down the narrow steps. Although promised two parking spots the small parking cage couldn't handle any decent sized cars so we had to cram the cars on the shoulder of the highway. There is basically no parking to be had so we left the cars there all week because we would never get the spots back. During the week one of us received a 70 Euro parking fine and also had their car sideswiped by someone driving by. We also found a sense of isolation here since our cars were useless and the location isn't really handy to anything. We hiked down the stairs to the beach restaurants a lot and found them to be very good as was a restaurant in the town center. We found the best way to get around was to hire a local lad at the beach to ferry us around in his boat. There isn't a swimming pool here as we were led to believe, it is more like a cold jacuzzi. Even though this was a wondeful villa which had a charming maid to look after us we wouldn't stay here again because othe access difficulties and the issue with the parking. If you are at all disabled or otherwise unable to climb 10 flights of stairs this is not for you.
