Left on 04/11/2013 for a stay in March 2013
First of all, the house does not have aC. (just the bedrooms). It is very hot there.
The add is confusions for not saying misleading.
The neighbors start making noises at 6 am every day!!
They claim is too hot so everybody wakes up early.
who cares about everybody else when you and or your kids want to sleep late in Vacation or because you arrived late the night before.

This is a neighborhood of privately owned single family homes. We have no control over work being done next door to us. Furthermore, the work started early only on one day. It is clearly stated in listing AC in bedrooms, and portable AC units are available for other parts of house when temperature dictates. We made every attempt to satisfy guest but he was determined to have a miserable time. Guest would have been better suited to an all-inclusive resort where everything is controlled as a private home in a third world country is not for everyone.
