Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, on the border of Constantia, nestled in a beautiful tranquil garden setting. Enjoy home comforts in this secluded 2 bedroom, centrally located cottage for up to 4 people.

Cottage La Provence offers the following:

* 1 bedroom with Queen size X-length bed and en-suite shower, toilet and basin.

* 1 small bedroom with twin bed .

* 1 single bed in lounge area.

* Full family bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and basin.

* Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.

* Kitchen courtyard with washing lines

* Open plan lounge and dining room.

* Shared swimming pool with adjacent non-heated whirlpool with water jets.

Close to major shopping centers like Cavendish Square and Constantia Village. Lovely farmstalls with tea gardens and pubs just a stone's throw away. Close to well known wine farms like Buitenverwachting, Klein Constantia, Groot Constantia, Constantia Uitsig and Beau Constantia. The Constantiaberg MediClinic with private medical facilities is just around the corner. Easy driving distance to all Peninsula beaches (15-20km), hiking trails at Tokai forest, Kirstenbosch Botanical gardens, Baxter Theatre and Maynardville Open Air Theatre. Plumstead train station is a 10 min walk away. From there you can hop onto the train for a 20 min drive into Cape Town City Centre or a beautiful drive to Muizenberg, Kalkbay and Simonstown. Experience a breathtaking Zip Slide combined with wine tasting at three various Constantia wine farms.

How do damage deposits work?
