The Villa offers direct access into the Groot Constantia Vineyards which is South Africa's oldest best known wine estate and one of the most visited tourist attractions. Here one could go for leisurely walks and enjoy breath-taking views and even spot indigenous wildlife.There is also a museum, wine tasting and restaurants.
The Villa is situated half way between the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. It is approximately a short scenic drive to the Atlantic Seaboard beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay or the False Bay beaches of Muizenberg, St James and Fish Hoek.
Boulders beach in Simonstown is home to the famous Jackass Penguins and is situated near the Cape Of Good Hope where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet.

Already the reception by the owners was perfect.
The house is in immaculate condition and nothing is missing.
It begins with a top-equipped kitchen, goes beyond the common room with pool table. The outdoor area with beautiful garden, pool and barbecue area perfect for scenic evenings with friends and family.
The stunning location on the edge of the vineyards and the central location to shopping and leisure facilities will make your stay an unforgettable experience.
