Situated in the heart of Constantia valley, bordered by the world famous Groot Constantia Vineyards, the Villa is with no doubt set in one of the most exclusive locations in South Africa. The Villa offers direct access to the Groot Constantia Vineyards which is South Africa's oldest best known wine estate , as well as one of Cape Town's Big 6 tourism icons and one of the most visited tourist attractions. Here one can go for leisurely walks and is conveniently close to all Cape Town’s major attractions, shops and restaurants.
The villa is also close to the Constantia Village which offers the convenience of a shopping mall which has an extensive choice of specialty stores, fashion outlets, restaurants and coffee shops.
This beautiful home accommodates various different needs: A luxurious tranquil formal lounge with fire place for relaxing. A spacious entertainment room with sit-in-bar, pool table and large television screen with a home theatre system that opens onto the solar heated salt water swimming pool, with safety net, at the foot of a large gazebo equipped with a wood burning pizza oven and braai/barbecue facilities with sound system.
