Able to sleep four people, this is an ideal home-from-home for a small family or two couples and is very close to the amenities of the town centre – just a ten minute walk away. This mid-terrace cottage situated in a secluded cul-de-sac is an attractive 19th Century property set just beneath the medieval walls of the lovely coastal town of Conwy. Just five miles from the bustling town of Llandudno, this cosy fisherman's cottage has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout, with exposed beams and other quaint, period features. Well appointed and with all the latest utilities, this two bedroom cottage has one doubl...e and one twin room, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sitting area with dining area and coal-effect heater, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. The excellent range of shops, quality pubs and restaurants make this a vibrant, exciting spot for a holiday.

Amenities: Storage heaters with electric heaters in sitting room and bedrooms. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared use of communal, enclosed lawned garden to front with garden chairs. One well-behaved dog welcome (dogs allowed in communal garden under supervision only). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs/restaurants and railway 10 mins walk. Marina, golf and beach 1.5 miles. Note: This property is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

This bustling city offers visitors with a number of ancient festivals and fairs, musical recitals, galleries and historical attractions as well as a great selection of specialist shops, restaurants and hotels. Its 13th Century castle, built for King Edward I, is widely considered to be one of the most outstanding achievements of medieval military architecture. With two barbicans, eight massive towers and great bow-shaped hall, the property was constructed in a distinctive, elongated shape to better fit on the narrow rocky outcrop on which the castle stands. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  The cottage is as close to the hills as it is to the sea. Both very walkable, Conway is small but has plenty of facilities including pubs and restaurants

  Basic but very comfortable.

  Cottage was very nice but communal garden is very untidy with dog mess around, not at all as depicted in photograph we were very dissapointed. Clock in lounge had a "very" loud chime disturbingly loud.
