ACCOMMODATION Three bedrooms (double, double, twin), bathroom (bath with shower over), additional ground floor WC, kitchen and sitting room with dining area and sliding doors to enclosed patio garden. Facilities include full central heating, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, DVD, off road parking and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels supplied, heating and electricity are included. This is a NO SMOKING and DOG FRIENDLY property. SATURDAY changeover (flexible out of season). Short Breaks welcome. Couples Only Discount.

LOCATION In a secluded cul-de-sac on Conwy Marina 100 yards from the Conwy (Caernarvonshire) golf course.The waterfront is close by with walks along the dog friendly beach. The medieval town of Conwy is a riverside walk, Victorian resort of Llandudno is a few minutes drive away, further sandy beaches at Penmaenmawr and the mountains of Snowdonia nearby. A short walk to the beach, golf course, Conwy Mountain, excellent pub restaurant The Mulberry and The Mulberry Stores open from 8am Mon-Sun.
