Enjoy our very private, three-bedroom, oceanfront vacation home at Quart-A-Nancy Point on Cooper Island in the British Virgin Islands. The house at Quart-A-Nancy Point is one of only a few private homes on Cooper Island. It was built in the 1960s and 70s as an artist’s retreat. The construction is concrete, concrete block, and native stone. Quart-A-Nancy point comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults in three bedrooms. An additional 1 or 2 Guests can potentially be accommodated on our double futon. Quart-A-Nancy Point is a smoke-free establishment.

Additional Location Information
The British Virgin Islands (BVI), a part of the Leeward Island chain, are located in the Caribbean Sea, approximately 1100 miles southwest of Florida, USA. While only about 8 miles east of St. Thomas and just north and west of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, they are a world apart – the BVI are typified by a quieter, more rural lifestyle. Tortola is the main island and the main city is Road Town. The airport is located on the east end of Tortola (Beef Island) and is principally served by commuter airlines from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Tortola can also be reached via ferry from St Thomas, USVI. Access to other BVI islands is by private boat or scheduled ferry. Currency is the US Dollar.
Cooper Island, a typical BVI out-island approximately 5 miles across the channel from Tortola, is an idyllic place to live or visit. We are, however, off the power grid and most necessities are self-contained and provided on-site. Cooper can only be reached by boat and there is no regularly scheduled ferry. Charter boat service is available.

A 50% deposit, signed Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver are required to hold your reservation. Reservations are not binding until these documents are completed and signed and payment is received. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit is fully refundable with sixty-days cancellation notice (less a 20% service charge). Thereafter the deposit will be refunded (less a 20% service charge) only if we are able to re-rent those dates. A $500 refundable security deposit is also required prior to arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as personal checks, company checks, and money orders. Reservations are subject to 7% Hotel and Accommodations Tax.
