With elevated views over the Coopers Beach and Doubtless Bay sits this lovely 3 bedroom holiday home. Only 2 minutes walk to pohutakawa-lined Coopers Beach, which is one of the best beaches in New Zealand.
Facing north the sun is with you all day and then at night the sunsets entertain you as you have that BBQ. The living area is open plan and huge! Just a two minute walk to the pohutakawa-lined shores of Coopers Beach, which is extremely safe for swimming. It's only a 15 minute walk to the shops and bars/cafes of Mangonui, as well as the world famous Mangonui fish & chip shop. Only 15 mins drive to Carrington resort golf course & Karikari Estate winery. We have secure garage parking for 3 cars/boats and off-street parking for 3-4 more cars/boats.
Doubtless Bay in Northland, New Zealand is a holiday paradise. The region has a warm sub-tropical climate, over 70km of unspoiled coastline and an abundance of safe, uncrowded beaches ranging from pohutukawa-lined, tranquil white sands to rugged rocky coves. We would highly recommend 3Kupe, and would definately stay there again!
The house was roomy, well equipped clean and comfortable.
The views from the house and the deck are amazing.
Great outdoor furniture and BBQ.
It is only a short stroll to coopers beach where we enjoyed fishing off the rocks,digging for Tua Tua's swimmimg,kayaking and body boarding.
If you want to get in the car and explore Northland,3Kupe is the perfect place to base yourself.
It was also great having a attached garage to leave the car in overnight.
Highly recommended!!!

3Kupe Coopers Beach is fantastic, it is located looking over the Bay which is great in the morning sitting on the deck eating bacon and eggs. The swimming and fishing is great, we caught a few good ones and had them on the barbie.
The facilities are exactly right, and we had everything required in the kitchen and throughout the house, it was great to play Trivial Pursuit again, and a few hands of 500.
We spend two night there and wish could have stayed longed, intend booking again next summer for longer.

We have stayed at 3Kupe on three separate occasions and intend to go again. It has stunning views of Doubtless Bay, and we love the easy access to the deck where we have most of our meals while soaking in the view. It is perfectly suited to our fishing holidays, as there is plenty of parking for the boat on a flat concreted area, an outdoor fish cleaning station and it is 2 minutes from the boat ramp. What more could a fisho ask for! It is only a short walk down to beautiful Coopers Beach, plus there are some gorgeous scenic walks up Rangikapiti Pa, or around Mangonui. Inside there is everything we need, with plenty of room to spread out, relax and unwind in comfort. It is such a treat to not have to worry about making up the beds etc when we arrive, as it is all done for us. We really feel that we are in holiday mode as soon as we arrive. We are so glad that we have found 3Kupe ... it is our choice of holiday accommodation and it is a real gem.
