Description

Deer Ridge Lodge is a magnificent luxury accommodation perfect for the family looking for a memorable visit to Cooperstown. Privacy with 2.6 acres of land, 218 feet of waterfront. Eleven rooms featuring three bedrooms (TV in each) and a sitting room with futon that can be a fourth.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and center island. Dishwasher, stove top, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

Two full bathrooms, laundry facilities, breakfast room and dining area with lake views, sitting room with TV and futon couch, foyer with sitting area, and a great room with a 60" TV and cathedral ceiling along with a large brand new sectional couch. WiFi and Cable TV. A/C in bedrooms and great room, and ceiling fans in every room. Fireplace.

2 Kayaks and a Canoe available for your use (life jackets provided) along with a barbecue grill and deck overlooking Otsego Lake. Easy waterfront and fishing access with new steps to the waterfront across the street. Dock for fishing. Fishing rods and tackle available (but we do not maintain them). Plenty of parking, for five or more cars. 3 1/2 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame. One to two miles to the Farmer's Museum, The Fenimore Cooper Museum, and the Otsega Golf Course. 3 Mile Point Park just around the corner. Short drive to Glimmerglass State Park and Dreams Park.

Great hilltop view. Lakefront breeze. Large backyard and privacy. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the property.
