l’appartement est très bien situé dans une rue perpendiculaire à la fameuse nihaven (celle de tous les guides avec ses façades colorées). par contre une chambre est en fait un placard avec 2 lits superposés et il ne faut pas être claustrophobe pour y dormir , je ne considère pas que ce soit une chambre encore moins pour y faire dormir des ados de plus de 1m80! sinon l'appartemnt est sympa bien que les voisins du dessus soit bruyants avec un lever assuré à 6h15. le propriétaire est pragmatique mais il ne nous a donné aucune info (surtout pas que le vendredi 26 avril est un jour férié et que tous les magasins sont fermés!) et quand je lui ai demandé de nous conseillé un restau, il s'est contenté de nous donné un guide! bref pas très convivial le Peter. ne pas considérer cet appart comme un Bed &breakfast;, il n'y a rien pour déjeuner.
En résumé, c'est bien pour la localisation, le métro est à 5mn mais on ne peut coucher que 4 adultes, le placard étant réservé pour des petits enfants.
