The apartment is located at the ground floor with view to a small courtyard, and the famous ”Gråbrødre Torv” with it’s many restaurants. The apartment has a large well equipped kitchen with eating corner, living room with 2 sofa beds and tv. Bathroom with shower, bed room with double bed and access to balcony. Washer, dryer and Internet. Really an apartment with top location.

This apartment location was great. Close to the stroget and a plaza with lots of nice restaurants. Walking distance to Tivoli, the City Hall, Nyhaven and easy access to the metro system. We had 2 adults and 2 adult size chidren. The pull out trundle beds under the coaches in the living rtoom were very comfortable. the down side was the uphostery was tired looking and the white color looked dirty and unattractive. The bedroom was simple but attractive. We would definitely stay here again. For booking and arrival, booking was easy but we never got the address, so we arrived and had trouble reaching anyone at the telephone number. We eventually got thru to the rental agency and someone met us at a fountain near there. This could have run better.

Couldn't imagine a better location for touring Copenhagen on foot. An apartment is a perfect way to accommodate a family, allowing for preparing some of our own meals.
I would suggest that spending a little money on some newer bedding and kitchen linens, along with a more detailed cleaning would go a long way to turning this into a luxury apartment. As it was, we were quite comfortable and it certainly satisfied all our needs on vacation. The process for booking and checking in with apartment in Copenhagen was very well managed. -

I was traveling with my husband and some friends and I must say that we were nicely greeted upon our arrival. We arrived later than expected and this was not a problem. We felt really welcomed. I found that the apartment was larger that on the pictures on the website and this was a nice surprise. It is very centrally located in a quiet area. The only thing that I wish had been better is the equipement in the kitchen. I found it lacked pots and pans (there was no strainer for pastas) and I even found a dirty pan in one of the kitchen drawers, it was probably left there by previous guests, but this could have been noticed with proper inspection. I also noticed that the sofas, althought comfy, were stained (they are beige so everything shows) and some lightbulbs needed to be changed. These are minor problems, easy to fix. However, that did not spoil our stay. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and would recommend it.

Great location, superb apartment. Would love to come back. Two small concerns: (1) while the bed is a double bed, I only received a bedsheet for a single bed, and (2) hi-fi/stereo facilities (a "ghetto blaster") and TV (very old and very small screen) were below the otherwise excellent standard of the apartment.
