The apartment has 95m2 contains a living room with dining area, hall, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms en suite and connected. I addition there is 15m2 private roof terrace. The terrace is accessible by a staircase from the living room. From the roof terrace there is views to the skyline of Copenhagen. Stayed for four nights in this bright top floor flat. The terrace a big plus with a beautiful view over the roof tops. Another flat had it's terrace beside so it was not 100 percent privacy though. A three minute walk to the big shopping street Ströget is great. The location is probably too good as it's noisy at night. The sleeping rooms are not to the street but the bass tones from the music from clubs/cafés/street partys is a bit irritating. More like you wake up from time to time than that you can't sleep at all. Normally it kicked off at 2 a.m. stopping at 6.30 a.m. People should be aware of that you have to make your bed on arrival.

It is really a good apartment, with pros and cons. Pros: Terrace is a excellent addition to the flat. The rooms are reasonable size, with lots of light and blinds as well to put it off in the night. Cute kitchen, with adequate equipments. The place was really nice and clean. Very good cross ventilating windows.
Cons: No lift, only stairs is a great pain, that too with a buggy in hand or if you make a big shopping or your toddlers sleeps in the buggy, it was not at all convienent. the entrance of the building was always hogged by the next door cafe/gallery, very inconvienent. there was so much clutter in the flat, which degrades the place. just put what is needed for the tenant. missing needed equipments toaster and microwave oven. bedrooms are bit clastrophobic. -

The only usefull and good room was the kitchen.
The description about the sleeping rooms and their furnishing was misleading. For four adults through-rooms and mattresses on the floor are not adequat.
The living room had to be used as a sleeping room with the help of an air mattress. Therefor only the eating table was usable for us four.
The lighting of the rooms, ecept the kitchen, was unsufficient.
For the usable part of that apartment the price was extremely high. Also the costs for the end cleaning was too high, especially as lumps of dust were in the apartment at arrival time.
Only one key for the apartment is too less for four adults.
