large fully equipped kitchen with a door directly out to an enclosed courtyard, 3 bedrooms and a lovely bathroom with both tub and shower. There is a washer and dryer in the basement.
Sleeping arrangement:
Bedroom 1: Bedroom with double bed for 2 people.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom with double sofa bed for 2 people.
Bedroom 3: Office with double sofa bed for 2 people. It is possible to borrow a cot (to be coordinated with the owner after booking).

The area Oesterbro is nice and quiet. There are good cafes by lakes in walking distance from the apartment. On the street there is an organic bakery, organic butcher, a fruit and vegetable shop and a cozy wine
and tapas bar.

Stayed with 2 small kids in this apartment, and there were some pros and cons to it:
Pros:
-Very big (especially for Copenhagen standard
-Great kitchen and bathroom
Cons:
-Bit dark inside
-Couple of small stairs in between the rooms, so for our small boy a bit dangerous
-Bed in the master bedroom isn't a real bed, 4 concrete blocks with a wooden board and no real mattress on it (not very comfortable) -

Thank you for our stay at Rosenvaengets alle. The apartment was wonderful and the owners were very helpful with information on what to do and where to go both locally and around Copenhagen. The local area is very nice and we would definitely be looking this apartment up on any future trips to CPH. Highly recommended.

This apartment was beautiful, spacious and wonderfully decorated! Our family of four had plenty of space in the three generously sized bedrooms. The apartment is on a quiet street within two blocks of the bus stop. The owners were timely upon both arrival and departure and had a number of resources available to help us navigate the fantastic city of Copenhagen. I'd highly recommend staying in this apartment! I'd also highly recommend the bakery across the street.

Myself and two friends stayed here for 3 nights recently for the Copenhagen Beer Celebration in Fælledparken in Østerbro. The apartment was super big, very clean and very comfortable. we probably didnt need something so big but we werent complaining. there is an awesome bakery right across the street along with a farmers market, wine bar, butcher, and a handful of places to get good quick food at like Cofuco around the corner or crazy chicken across the street. banks and convience store right around the corner as well.
The only negative I can honestly think of is the little kid upstairs is loud to say the least. other than that, 5 stars for this place!

Location had great atmosphere. Shops, cafes, restaurants and buses all close by. Spacious, restored house with lovely new kitchen. Our friendly host was there to meet us and was informative and helpful.
Only one reservation as we are an elderly couple, the washing machine and ironing facilities were in basement and access to this was down steep ladder which we found quite difficult. Other than this the property was good. -

Excellent apartment with easy transport to city centre. Lots of space. Only down point was the noise from the apartment above. I think the family members all must wear clogs!!!

The appartment is well furnished and outfited, providing three sparate sleeping areas. Great kitchen and nice bathroom. The landlord was friendly, helpful and punctual. Parking on the street is expensive, and walking to downtown is feasible, but a bit of a hike. All in all a great base for visiting Copenhagen and addtional destinations like Elsinor or Malmo in Sweden.

We stayed at the appartment for 2 weeks and the location is excellent, close to transport and shops. The owner was very accommodating/flexible and added some extra touches on arrival. The kitchen and bathroom are very modern and add to the experience. The place is ideal for a range of different people. In sum, a very good choice for a few adults and their friends (with or without children). This is a home away from home!
