Located in a small quiet side street to one of Copenhagens best shopping streets Vaernedamsvej, with plenty of cafes, delicacies shops and French-speaking people in the streets. 10 min. walk to Frederiksberg garden, Tivoli Gardens, the Town Hall Square and the pedestrian street Stroeget.
Lots of buses from Vesterbrogade to Copenhagen city center. Change at the Central station to the airport train to Copenhagen Airport.

We found the appartment large and comfortable for our family of 4. It is located at about 10 minutes walking distance from the city center, with shops and restaurants nearby. Gitte's warm welcome was much appreciated.

5 of us stayed in this apartment (2 couples, 1 single) for 3 days in June 2011. The apartment is in excellent shape, and is large enough that 5 people don't feel like they're living on top of each other. Everything was very clean, and amenities (cafes, grocery, etc) are all close by, and only a 15 minute walk from the closest Metro (Forum) which was very convenient.
The apartment was clean and presentable, and has a lot of personality that made our stay feel very cozy and welcoming, instead of just being drab like a lot of hotels.
Gitte was very welcoming to us, and was understanding when our flight was delayed meaning that we arrived around midnight!
We had a fantastic stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gitte's apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend in Copenhagen.

we stayed here with our 3 year old. The owner (an artist) normally lives in the appartment and the house is comfortable and complete from kitchen equipment to WiFi. The interior is full of surprises and ornaments, in warm colours. Something you must like (we did!)
Appartment is located in a central, save and lively area, just across a Supermarket. Parking is expensive. I was not impressed with cleanliness and some parts of the house need maintenance.
We had a good time, I would recommend it and come back.
