This is the perfect holiday apartment right at Stroeget. Stay at the historic Nytorv/Gammeltorv square with restaurants and cafes. Distance to shops 200 meters. Distance to convenience store 20 meters. Ideally located for shopping, sightseeing, museums, galleries, walking tours, nightlife and culinary experiences.
7 min. walk to Noerreport Station (S-trains, airport train, regional trains and Metro) and Kongens Nytorv metro station. The metro runs to Copenhagen Airport. Lots of buses in the area. Bus 5A and 14 just around the corner at Nytorv. 100 meters to the Town Hall Square for even more buses. You have the entire city centre within walking distance. Public car parking in the surrounding streets.

Greeted on arrival and given a very friendly welcome and tour of the apartment and its amenities.
The apartment is very spacious and beautifully styled with a very homely feel to it.
The location is perfect and superb for exploring Copenhagen.
We had a wonderful time in Copenhagen and staying in such lovely accommodation really made our time such a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Good Points. Apartment well equiped, comfortable bed, broadband, spacious, nice & warm (it was sub zero outside), central location, nice owner.
Less good. Apartment is in need of a complete overhall, bathroom and kitchen very tired, as are some of the furnishings. It could be a great place with some investment. The lack of curtains and some of the decor reminded me of "male student acommodation". In its current condition probaly more suited for young people. -

We stayed at the apartment for 2 nights and really could not have asked for a better place. The apartment is centrally located (we walked for the entire three days) - but is close to Central Station (10 min walk) if you need trains (to and from airport) or the metro. The apartment is based on one of the main shopping streets - and has a great bakery a few minutes up the road, which was perfect for breakfast. Cash point directly outside as well which is always helpful.
The apartment itself was amazing. Much bigger than we expected with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay in Copenhagen. Fully working kitchen and bathroom (which was going to be refurbished the week after we left so should be even nicer now), with towels and hairdryer provided.
Henrick was a lovely host. Met us as soon as we arrived at the apartment to show us around and told us to contact him if there were any problems.
The only minor problem could be noise from the street. However, as the apartment is on the fourth floor, we never found this to be a big problem. The convenience and value of the apartment more than makes up for it!
We would recommend this apartment to anyone who is planning a holiday to Copenhagen.

The apartment is centrally located, which meant that we could get to most destinations by walking. There are many restaurants and pubs for food and entertainment.
The appartment itself worked well for 4 adults. The kitchen and bathroom could use some updating, but everything was working. Available Wi-Fi is appreciated as it allows you to stay in contact with home. -

We had a great time in Copenhagen, and really enjoyed living in this perfectly located apartement. The noise from the street was a bit annoying, but not unexpected. The apartement was nice, but quite old. Especially the bathroom could need some renovation. We also found that the kitchen was quite poorly equipped, but since we had all our meals out of the house, this wasn't a big problem. (An empty fridge, though, would have been appreciated - not very nice to find other people's milk and eggs there...) Thanks a lot to the owner who waited till quite late to show us around and give us the keys! No doubt, we would come again for a week-end stay, but maybe not for a whole week.

We really liked the apartment, its location and ambience.
What is both an advantage and disadvantage is very central location...you can walk everywhere but there is also a lot of noise until very early morning hours. Overall, we were very satisfied. -

Henrik is a nice and friendly owner with a spacious appartment, extremelly well located very downtown, but only 1 bedroom, the other double bed is in the dining room. There are no curtains on the windows so you get up with the sun (early in the summertime !) after a short night as it is quite noisy in the pedestrian street where the appartment is located with restaurants & pubs, having live music until 03:00 in the morning sometimes ! The cleanliness is not the best point of this old appartment where everything is quite used and not always easy or comfortable to use (beds are quite soft, dirty sofa, no coffee machine, not enough clean dishes to cook, no kitchen towels ...etc...).
Last but not least, we think the rent is nearly overpriced. -

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, en la avenida principal. Es muy cómodo para visitar la ciudad dado que llegas en pocos minutos a cualquier punto de interés.
En cuanto al apartamento es grande pero antiguo. Necesitaría una reforma la cocina y sobre todo el baño. En cuanto a los servicios no hubo ningún problema con la calefacción a pesar del frío que hacía en el exterior. Internet era con USB con lo cual no pudimos utilizar la tablet dado que es Wifi. No tenía el secador de pelo, a pesar de indicarlo en la página. El menaje era escaso y parte estaban en mal estado (sartenes, tarteras). Se agradecería una cafetera y microondas. También armarios para poder deshacer las maletas.
La atención del propietario ha sido buena y es muy agradable.

The flat is in the center of everything you would want to do+. Perfect size for 3-4 guests & clean, any more it could get a little cramped. The flat is close to Tivoli Gardens, pubs, restaurants, loads of shopping & less than a 10 minute walk from the metro station to/from the airport. There's also a supermarket & a 7/11 nearby for necessities. Most convenient is the aTM machine located just outside the building. Although some of the amenities listed we did not see in the flat, I am sure if you ask the owner pre-arrival he will take care of them for you - the owner was very nice & easy to work with. We had to ask for Internet access as it was not initially available. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

This is a great central location for seeing Copenhagen. The apartment is charming, clean and roomy, and the host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. One of the beds faces the street, and it was noisy until the wee hours of the morning. If you need to use that bed, earplugs would be helpful if you are a light sleeper.
