Super Charming, 4th floor 2 bedroom apartment- lots of light, woodenfloors and newly renovated. Bedroom (doublebed) and livingroom, kitchen and bathroom.
If more than two people stay in the apartment - a corner sofa/bed in the livingroom with good matreses, sleeps 2.
The rooms have seperate doors and are seperated by a hall.
Free Wireless Internet-connection. Washingmashine, tv and dvd player.
Behind the house there is a lovely yard where you can sunbathe, have barbeque, tables, benches and a great playground for the kids.
Situated very central at Nørrebro - just by the trendy and happening Skt Hans Square.

Just by THE LAKE and Assistens graveyard - two great recreational spots - still only 15 mins. walk from the city center - Nørrebro is like a village both charming and popular. The wings of history dwell in the park/graveyard "Assistens" where Hans Christian Andersen and Soren Kirkegaard are burried - and by the lakes you can paddle, go jogging or enjoy one of the lovely restaurants. Also Copenhagens best cinema is just 200m up the street.

First I must say that this was a bit of an emergency booking at as due to work commitments I had left it until the last minute to make a booking. And thank goodness I came across this apartment!
Communication with the owner was great from beginning to end, including arrangements to collect the keys and all the information that we needed during our stay. There were nice touches such as a couple of drinks in the fridge and a warm welcome note. We had a couple of questions and the owner responded pretty much straight away.
The apartment is on the basic side so do keep your expectations in check. But then I think that's reflected on the price and I don't believe for a moment that it had a detrimental impact on our stay. We had internet access, all things you'd expect in the kitchen / bathroom etc and the apartment was very clean. Everything worked and the bed was very comfortable,
So provided you are not expecting luxury (think 'clean, pleasant & comfortable'), you really can't go wrong especially with the location: it's trendy (but not overly so), vibrant and you'll be spoilt for choice for places to have a coffee, full meal and shops etc. And prices are reasonable (Denmark reasonable!) unlike what you would find in the more touristy parts of the city. The Lakes are just a few minutes walk away, Norrebro station (with trains heading literally everywhere in the country) about 15 mins walk and buses on the main road. There is also a very good food market where you can buy baked goods, deli items, fresh produce or simply sit down for a meal on the way to the train station (less than 10 mins walk) and 'Elmegade' (street with small designer shops and places to eat - see Lonely Plant or google it for more info) it's a 2 minute walk from the front door.
Last but not least, I'd definitely rent this apartment again and I am hoping to do so next time we go back.
ps. one last point is that the apartment is in an old building and on the 4th floor with no lift. No problem for us but bear this in mind if stairs are not for you. That's is by no means unique to this building (quite on the contrary, this is the norm). -

nice apt located in a trendy quarter with stylish coffee and food bars, antique shops etc. with young and creative neighbourhood.
food markets, bakery, public transport facilities very close by.
fully equipped kitchen, washing machine.
to cut a long story short, a charming apartment and a friendly host I can absolutely recommend. -

The apartment was clean and full of light. It contained everything we needed. A perfect base for our Copenhagen exploration. We very much enjoyed "the lakes" nearby, and felt welcomed by the friendly and helpful owner. Thank You for your hospitality!!
