Austin, TXThe room heaters seemed not working properly.
Left on 04/04/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We had two little kids, so we needed to keep them in warm. Even though I set up the room temperature certain numbers, the heaters were not able to reach the number. It was said they worked properly, but we got extra floor heater and radiators to warm up the room.
Other than that, everything was great such as location, room layout, moutain view, and etc. -

Left on 03/29/2013 for a stay in March 2013
It was clean, upbeat if modest, well located, just about 200 yards from the lift. There were a few problems: e.g. the microwave didn't work; the coffee pot leaked, the light by the bed had a broken switch. I notified the management company. Assuming they took care of, would rate 4 stars. Additionally, the sofa bed in living room was uncomfortable, but pretty much the standard fare (why can't they use futons?)
