We loved the location and layout of the condo (we had two bedrooms), but our key expired and we were locked out. There are no SkyRun people on site at Copper, so we had to wait what felt like forever for help. When loading the dishwasher, I had both racks pulled out, and the dishwasher itself nearly tipped out of its opening -- it was not bolted in. And I've heard loud refrigerators before, but never one like this!

The issue of replacing expired keys was resolved quickly... as luck would have it, the programmer (not SkyRun) failed to enter the correct dates for the keys. Our Executive Housekeeper was on site, dropped what she was doing and personally delivered the new keys as soon as they keys were made by dispatch. The dishwasher was not properly secured by the installers when new counter tops were recently installed. We are looking into the noise issue with the refrigerator. (So far we have not been able to duplicate the noise and have not received a call concerning the fridge.) - SkyRun Staff.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. We loved being right in the center of Copper Mountain. We loved our balcony that overlooked the paddle boats. The beds were very comfortable. It got pretty hot in our room in the afternoon, but cooled off well at night.
