Teresa´s apartment is the best choice I could make while I stayed with my family in the Coquitlam area near Vancouver. The place is extremely well maintained, organized and confortable. I will definetely stay here again whenever I come to Coquitlam. Teresa is very helpful and could meet all my requests during the reservation. Thanks Teresa and congratulations on your place!

This was our first time to canada for myself my husband and my son as we came to activate our PR visa's. Teresa was very welcoming. The apartment has everything you need, hairdryer, loads of hot water, towels, washing machine, tumble dryer, parking etc. I loved the apartment with its wonderful courtyard garden very pretty. Teresa keeps the place immaculately clean. As for the area coquitlam, well its an area we fell in love with, close to lots of places with the coquitlam center just in walking distance, beautiful views of the mountains. We were there for halloween and went to stanley park for their annual ghost train event which was amazing. Canada was stunning. I would definately recommend people to stay at this apartment and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you Teresa.

We recently stayed in this apartment with two small children as we were in Canada for a family wedding. Before arriving, I had a fair bit of correspondence with Teresa in order to prepare for our stay. She was always very helpful and responsive. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was larger than what we thought with lots of natural light and fresh air. There was a nice sized backyard and outdoor furniture. It was very well maintained and very clean - all you need on hand, just bring yourself and food. Free Wi Fi was also an added benefit!
We would not hesitate in recommending this property and would definitely stay there again. The photos and editorial don't give it enough credit! -

CoquitlamExcellent accommodation
Left on 03/14/2012 for a stay in January 2012
Our family emigrated to Coquitlam, Canada from the UK in Jan '12, and needing a place to stay short term until we could find a suitable house and until our belongings arrived, we chose to stay at Teresa's apartment. It is superb, very well appointed, private, clean and has everything you could possibly need for either a long or short stay. It has a patio and garden and is in walking distance to Coquitlam Mall and supermarkets, and near beaches and leisure activities.
In all, we stayed 7 weeks at the apartment and it proved to be the ideal choice. Nothing is too much trouble for Teresa, who was always there it we needed her with a friendly smile and a chat. I would not hesitate to highly recommend the accommodation. -

We spent two weeks here and it was wonderful! Teresa and her family were very welcoming and it was nice to always be greeted with a smile when our paths crossed. Our kids enjoyed playing in the enclosed yard. There was also a nice walking trail along the creek close by and a big park for the kids to run around and play in. We were able to walk to Starbucks and other restaurants and it was a surprisingly quick walk to Coquitlam Centre mall. As for the suite, it was spacious and clean with all the comforts of home.

We stayed in this apartment last summer. It was clean ,comfortable and actually larger then we expected.Other than that the apartment is exactly as it is described in the listing and we felt right at home. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool and playing tennis in the neighborhood and we enjoyed hiking in the nearby trails.
Teresa was very hospitable and available at all time making for a worry free stay. -

Seattle, WAAway from it all
Left on 03/03/2011 for a stay in February 2010
I spend a lot of time in Vancouver for business. I usually stay in Vancouver's downtown but during the 2010 Vancouver Olympics it was next to impossible to find a place downtown. I found Teresa's offer on the internet and after a quick inspection I decided to stay with her for 12 days.
It is a typical, quiet suburban place. It is at a cul-de-sac of a small street and as a result there is practically no traffic here. The apartment was newly renovated and smelled fresh. The whole place has a "homey" feeling and I especially liked the kitchen. I had to walk 10 minutes to the railway station to get the train to downtown Vancouver but I was happy to be away from the hassle and bassel of the big city, especially that I was at my place of work in a little over half an hour from the time of leaving home. The morning and afternoon commuter trains go fast from Coquitlam to downtown Vancouver and back without any stops in between.
