Our suite offers private entrance and provides over 1000 sqf of luxurious living space in secluded location. With a beautiful mountain view of the Golden Ears and Mt. Baker. It features hardwood floors, European kitchen cabinets with state of the art appliances. Queen size beds outfitted with luxurious mattresses, a living area with leather sofa bed, two captains chairs and coffee table A French door onto a private, reserved for the exclusive use of our guests patio that overlooks the back yard with bubbling fountain and salt water swimming pool providing privacy and an aura of wonderful mature plants.

There is a large bathroom with bat...htub and shower and an assortment of quality cotton bath towels, hand towels and face clothes.

The kitchen is complete with European style cabinets, a center island with seating for 4 people, quartz counter tops and new appliances that include smooth top stove, dishwasher, Kitchen aid fridge with bottom freezer and microwave oven.

Accessories include a toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, quality pots and pans, a wide assortment of cups, glasses and stem-ware, stainless cutlery and a selection of kitchen tools and kitchen knives. Mixing bowls, plastic storage containers, cutting board and serving bowls and plates are included for those who want to entertain or enjoy extended stays.

There are closets and storage area that includes space for hanging coats and jackets and any full length garments you may have. For added convenience there is a clothes iron, ironing board, hair dryer and Hoover built in vacuum.

Additional Location Information

This 2 bedroom suite ( size 1100 ft² /102 m²) is located in the city of Coquitlam. It is situated in quiet neighborhood (cul de suc), 30 minutes drive away from Vancouver. Stay close to everything what the city of Vancouver has to offer, while enjoying the peacefulness and serenity of suburban living and outdoor activities of the Vancouver coast.
Driving from Coquitlam to Vancouver takes about 30 minutes whether you use Highway No. 1, Lougheed Highway 7, or Barnet Highway 7A.
You can take bus line 169 to connect to Skytrain which will take you downtown.
Alternatively you can take Westcoast Express. (30 min to downtown Vancouver).
Grouse Mountain, Cypress, and Seymour skiing areas are within 35-50 minutes drive. Travel time to the Whistler Olympic sites is about 2 ½ hours.
By staying here, you will not only get more then the Vancouver experience, but you will also save a bunch at the cost of Vancouver accommodation.

Outdoor sport enthusiasts can choose from a few gulf courses in the area, or tennis courts just a walking distance away. The Coquitlam's trail system encompasses about 90km of hiking trails. A number of picturesque lakes and connecting waterways make up for a paradise for canoe or kayaking lovers.
If you prefer Olympic sized swimming pool, wave pool, waterslides and therapeutic whirlpools you can visit City Centre Aquatic Complex located 8 minutes driving from the suite.

Value Season - October 1 - April 30 ~ $149/day, $895/week,
High Season - May 1 - September 30 ~ 189/day, $1195/week,

Minimum rate applies to two bedroom and 4-people occupancy:
Value Season - October 1 April 30 ~ $189/day, $995/week, $2995/month (no swimming pool)
High Season - May 1 - September 30 ~ $225/day, $1350/week, $3795/month (heated saltwater swimming pool)

December 18th to January 2nd high season rates apply.
Additional people charge $25 per person/per day.
Minimum 3 night stay
Monthly rates are based on a 4 week period. Monthly rates include weekly cleanings, and towels and linens laundry service.
All rates include all applicable taxes and cleaning fees.
We require a damage deposit of $300 at time of booking, which will be fully refunded on departure.

  We spent 7 nights at Brigitta & Beat's Swiss Paradise and loved every minute of it. When we arrived at the premises we were greeted with the calming sounds of the water pond and little Swiss distinctions at every touch point. The newly constructed very spacious 2 bedroom suite was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and all the conveniences of home.
  When we would return from a day's outing, the salt water outdoor pool was the family's respite from all the tensions of the day. The soft water of the pool and the beautiful garden setting was so refreshing it was sometimes difficult to get the grandchildren to come out of the water.
  Brigitta & Bernie were very gracious hosts and would always greet us with a smile. Although they live on the premises we rarely were aware of their presence.
  We have recommended the Swiss Paradise to our friends and will definitely love to stay there again when we return!
