Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg, GermanyEin sehr erholsamer aufenthalt
Left on 11/13/2012 for a stay in October 2012

Gravesend, United KingdomBeautiful, clean and spacious villa
Left on 08/23/2012 for a stay in August 2012
I have just come back from 10days holiday to this lovely villa with my husband and and 2 teenage children. You always worry a bit when you book a villa through the internet and flights seperately but i needn't have worried at all. Andreas was so helpful and the communication was brilliant. The directions on how to get to the villa from Paphos airport was easy to follow and when we arrived at the villas they are right by the Sea Caves in Coral Bay area so we had the best of both worlds a veiw of the sea and a view of the hills behind us. The villas are quite secluded but you feel very safe there. You do really need a car but nothing is too far away. The villa was extremely clean and the pool was gorgeous and crystal clear. The maid was very friendly who changed our towels and bedding half way through our holiday and andreas was always around to help. I totally recommend these villas to stay in . The Coral Bay strip had some lovely resturants to eat in and Paphos harbour is a must to visit as is beautiful. Although my childen are teenagers they didn't get bored as we went out nearly every day and the pool kept them amused for ages !

57722Best relaxing 2-week holiday ever
Left on 04/05/2012 for a stay in March 2012
I chose the bungalow as I went with my 82 year old father who walks on sticks. What a wonderful relaxing time we had. The weather was great, we had no interference or noise from anyone else. The service from andreas and his wife was superb, from organising a taxi on arrival, to suggesting a hire car company, which I used. Suggesting places to go, how to get there and hosting my father and me for dinner on our last night. Although the place is isolated, 2 minutes would have you at a sandy beach, and a little village with several great restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. Although the days were gloriously warm, the evenings were pretty cold - but the villa had heating as well as aC. We did our own cooking, washing etc. Fab. Would definitely go again.

EalinfAbsolutely fantastic holiday experience in every way.
Left on 10/28/2011 for a stay in September 2011
I have kept putting doing this review off simply as I wanted to give it the time it deserves!! We stayed in the Eleni and it was stunning. It was spotlessly clean, in immaculate condition and with every amenity we could have wanted.
The pool is fantastic to an extent that my father-in-law, who hadn't been in a pool for 20 years couldn't resist it and my 1 year old daughter was in it at every opportunity. The barbeque provided us with great meals in and the short journey to Coral Bay provided us with great meals out.
The kitchen was great to cook in and had everything needed in it for an enthusiastic gastronaut like myself.
All of the showers were lovely to use and the air-conditioning was very effective and unbelievably quiet.
In fact this beautiful cul-de-sac of properties that these villas encompass is so tranquil that we left here feeling totally relaxed (which was well needed in our normally hectic schedule).
Now the best part of all - Andreas and family. They are not at all intrusive of your holiday but at the same time are always there if/when you need help or advice. I got an ear infection in the sea whilst away and rather than just give me directions to the hospital which is all I was asking for andreas actually drove me the 25mins to make sure I got the treatment I needed (well over and above the call of duty). There was plenty of things available for my baby daughter including high chair and cot (provided on request) but andreas lovely wife and daughters (whose names I'm ashamed to say elude me) brought her extra toys to play with.
We are usually Thailand junkies but after this holiday we will definitely be back and the sooner the better.
Thanks so much guys and apologies it's taken so long to write this review.

BirminghamOur third visit!
Left on 10/27/2011 for a stay in September 2011
This is our third visit to these villas which I think says it all about how great they are! The decor is homely yet very modern and the kitchen and bathrooms are lovely. The cleaning standard is always excellent and the gardens and pool area are maintained beautifully. We hired a car so that we could easily get to the shops and lovely local beaches which we would recommend. The built in BBQ is wonderful for lazy evenings in the villa and it has a sink at the side which comes in really handy. The sun loungers are also really comfortable. The owner lives closeby and this shows in the close attention to detail and maintenance that you often don't get with other villas. Thanks again andreas for a wonderful holiday...see you next year!

This was our second year in anastasia and yet again a wonderful holiday for us all. My parents come with us and Mom is in a wheelchair and the villa is perfect for our needs and gave her the independence not found else where thanks to no steps. Lots of space and a great pool to relax by and swim in.
Andreas is always available and a superb host. And we would like to give special thanks to Kwe who is always very helpful.
Thanks to andreas and Tina for a wonderful last day - we very much enjoyed spending time with you and your family.
I would say to prospective holidayers that there is quite a walk to the nearest restaurants etc. Not a problem to us as we had a car the whole time but certainly something that should be factored into your holiday plans. And the restaurants in the area are certainly worth the visit!
Thank you again for a lovely holiday!

Left on 09/22/2011 for a stay in June 2011
The Villa we stayed in was the Villa Elini and is truely a great villa. My wife, daughter of 4 and I stayed for a week and was not disapointed. the three double bedroom are very spacious and air conditioned. The layout of the longue dinner and kitchen are great with a vaulted roof running throughout. Pool was lovely and clean.
The set of six villas are located on the edge of coral bay (away from the main strip, which is great. These are in an excellent location.
The owner of the villas is very welcoming and accomadated our initial needs as there was a welcome food pack on our arrival!

Left on 09/22/2011 for a stay in June 2011
A great week in the sun. Quiet location, nicely positioned a short drive from Coral Bay town centre. A short walk (10 mins or so) to the nearest beach (although we drove to the next nearest because it was a bit less crowded) and a really short walk (2-3 mins) to the rock pools overlooking the Mediterranean.
The accomodation itself is very well furnished and spacious with a good sized pool and outdoor BBQ.
Recommended - although I think a car is also needed here. -

Left on 08/04/2011 for a stay in July 2011
We stayed in the Villa anastasia in Coral Bay in July 2011. The villas are clean and well presented, but the TV wasn't great and we had difficulty finding any english channels. The pool was OK but wasn't maintained on a daily basis as we thought it should have been as lavender round the edge of the pool was constantly blowing into it. The location of the villas was the problem. They are located off a dirt track on the edge of nowhere. We are a family of 5 and felt completely isolated, apart from a hotel a 5 minute walk away there is nothing around these villas. By way of evening entertainment then if it wasn't for the nearby Paneretti hotel and frankly that wasn't great, we don't know what we would have done. I would say a car is a must at these villas. Coral Bay is a good 25 minute walk away (especially with young children) and not 10 minutes as stated. In 40 degree plus heat this is not recommended either. The villas themselves are nice but there is construction material and rubbish all round the nearby fields which spoils them completely.
Nearby Corillia Beach was shingle and quiet a strong current for young children under 5 plus there was piles of rubbish all swept up in a corner of the beach which was unsightly and off putting. Our children hated the beach and preferred to swim in the nearby Panaretti Hotel's pool rather than the one we had with the villa.
Coral Bay is disappointing, there are about 6 restaurants all serving up the same old rubbish "average" food and the rest is expensive souvenir shops.
Paphos wasn't much better with a KFC, MacDonalds and Pizza Hut all greeting us on arrival, we were expecting quality cypriot/greek food and tavernas but no such luck. The harbour area is full of touts wanting you to go on excursions with about 10 fishing boats. Frankly we were hugely disappointed with the whole area, the beaches and the location of the villas. Steer clear.Response from Andreas Georgiou - 09/02/2011
Owner
Greetings from Sea Point Villas Cyprus and many thanks for taking the time to submit your review of our Villas on TripAdvisor after your recent stay with us.
We pride ourselves on keeping our villas clean and presentable. They are homely villas which are comfortable and at the same time luxurious in order for your holiday to be an unforgettable experience.
Each Villa has satellite TV with approximately 18 English News, movie , Series channels. The English channels are programmed from channel 1 to 18 so our guests do not have to search for them. It is a pity that you did not inform us about the problem in finding English channels during your stay we would have assisted you had we been made aware of the problem.
The pools are cleaned and tested 3 times a week during peak months. It is a pity that you did not inform me that the lavender in the garden was problematic, as I would have addressed it immediately, had I been aware of the problem.
It is a shame that you found the location of the villas problematic, as this is exactly the draw card and requirement that many of my returning guests like about the villas. They are set in a tranquil environment and not near noisy pubs and restaurants while still close enough to the beaches and restaurants and the coast.
I would like to clarify some facts about the location :The closest sandy beach is just 700m away (Coralia Bay), the closest restaurant is 200m away in the Panareti resort, the closest children’s play ground is 300m away .The coast with small rock pools, which is used by most the diving schools in the area is just 300m from the villas. Note these distances can easily be verified independently by anyone wishing to do so by using Google Earth software, or Google maps.
The closest hotel , restaurant and Kiosk is 200m away from the villas and this distance is not a strenuous walk for most people. There are another 2 hotels within 1 km from the villa and a third 1.5km from the villas (Two of which are the only 5 star hotels in Coral Bay).
Within 200m to 1.3km from the villas there are 10 restaurants (Including a Greek Taverna) which are easily accessible from the villas, and which offer evening entertainment. Some of our guests have stated that they preferred the close proximity of these restaurants as they would then not have to worry about drinking and driving home late in the evening. There is also a bus stop 1km from the villas.
The main tourist road which is situated 2.5km from the villas in Coral Bay has approx 30 restaurants and bars, it unfortunately appears that you did not visit this road. We could have assisted you with recommendations to good restaurants had you informed us of your unhappiness at not finding good Cypriot food.
We need to point out that on our website we do recommend the hiring of a car for the duration of your stay here, as there are also some wonderful places to explore in Cyprus, such as Laura Beach, Polis, Latchi, tavernas in the villages, Troodos Mountains to name but a few. As you can see from previous reviews even though we do recommend a car our guests opinion varies greatly on the matter.
We would like to clarify that there are 2 Sandy blue flag beaches in the Coral Bay area , 1) Corallia beach which is 700m from the villas, and 2) Coral Bay Beach which is 1.5km from the villas. The 10 minute walk referred to in the previous review refers to Corallia Beach and not Coral Bay Beach as you have stated in your review. Coralia beach is 700 m to 1 km from the villa depending on the route taken so should take the average person 8 to 12 minutes to walk to. I will agree that in a 40 Degree summer day even a 10 minute walk can be strenuous.
Coralia Bay is a Blue flag beach which is close to my villas, it is a sandy beach and not shingle as you stated. My 3 young daughters swim at Corallia Beach regularly and in my opinion it is clean and has a calm sea.
The building material which is situated in one of the fields near the villas is as a result of the building of the tennis court at the Panaretti resort, and upon completion, it will be removed. I would like to add that all my guests will be able to enjoy the usage of the tennis court as they currently do other facilities at Panaretti at no extra cost, including their heated pool, gym, outdoor pool, children’s play ground , and restaurant. Each villa is enclosed with its own walls and own private garden, the building material in another field a owned by Panareti should not have a negative effect on your stay at your villa as it was not visible from your villa.
We pride on our service to our clients, to make you feel comfortable. Assistance was given with the booking of your plane ticket, bus schedules, and 10 children’s DVD’s to entertain the kids, extra milk in the welcome pack for your arrival for the children and we were always available upon request. With Groceries as you know the supermarkets in Pegia deliver your shopping to your villa free of charge so shopping was not a problem. For emergencies there is a Kiosk 200m from the villa that is open at all hours.
There is a Bus service that runs until late hours night during the tourist season, the closest bus stop is approximately 1km from the villas. This costs 1 Euro each way.
The dirt track you refer to is a public road (Keratidiou street), the last 150m was not tarred but was well maintained crusher run (Maintained by the local council). The last 150m is currently being tarred by the Pegia Municipality I will post a photo next week when the road is complete.
Finally I would like to point out that the location of the villas with detailed distances and satellite images and photos are available our website. Distances and details of the location were communicated to you before you booked the villas.
We are disappointed that you did not voice your concerns with us during your stay, as we would have tried to address any faults with our villas immediately. Even though you were disappointed with the entire area I do hope you will come back to our lovely Island in the future. Once again, thank you for taking the time to write about your time with us and for your feedback.
Kind Regards
Andreas Georgiou

An excellent property, modern and very clean with all the necessary ammenities. A nice quiet location. Andreas, the owner, lives on site and is very helpful and will sort any problems out straight away, if you have any. We only had a couple of minor issues.
The only negative with this property is it is a long walk to the main area of Coral Bay where the majority of the resturants and shops are, so a car is recommended. -

We have just returned from a very relaxing week away in the excellent villa Demitri. We decided to post this review as we often use them ourselves to determine whether or not we are going to make a booking. Very simply, if you are looking for good quality accomodation in a peaceful, secluded area within Coral Bay then this is for you. If you are prepared to walk for 10-15 minutes, you are within reach of the excellent bus service into Coral Bay and beyond into Paphos and the airport. Within 2-3 minutes walk you can be by the sea. There are some fantastic secluded coves very close to the villa. The nearest beach of Corallia is the same 10-15 minute walk to catch the bus, as is the nearest half decent supermarket. We were planning to rent a car but in the end it was not needed for us. At a warmer time of year or traveling with older family members we might have considered this a little more as the bigger supermarkets are also further afield. The villa itself is finished to a high standard. All 3 bathrooms have good showers and the beds are very comfortable to sleeep in. The kitchen facilities are brilliant for this price range. In terms of the pool, out of season you may find it a bit cold but that is of course down to personal taste. The rest of the outside area is both private and well thought through. The owner, Andreas was very helpful throughout our stay. The welcome pack was a kind and surprise addition to find. We would definitely consiider visiting again.

Villa anastasia is a beautiful Villa in a very quiet location away from the main tourist area but close enough to be convenient to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A hire car would not be essential but we found it very useful.
We arrived quite late in the evening and were met by the owner andreas, he showed us round the villa and explained all the facilities and he also helped us set up our laptop for Wi-Fi internet access.
There was a very adequate welcome pack with sufficient for a late supper and a cooked breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is well equipped and the living accommodation very well thought out and comfortable. The outside area is very tidy and the pool clean, a table and chairs is provided for alfresco dining and six sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine. We stayed for two weeks from 27 april to 11 May 2011 and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. -

I booked the Villa only 24hrs before i arrived, from the minute i enquired until the day i left nothing was a problem, great villa, size ,layout, cleanliness ,and with all local amineties within a short distance away the full experiance was a joy,
All the above was down to the owner who lives in one of the 6 villas on site, everyday made to feel welcome and if anything was required we only had to ask. -

We were extremely happy with our stay at Sea Point Villas in Coral Bay Cyprus.
Eventhough we called Andreas the night before our intended arrival, he was
incredibly hospitable and even brought us some groceries as we had arrived by
taxi.
The villa itself was incredible, a full kitchen to make our own food, our own
swimming pool, Bar B Q, satellite TV and air conditioning. From the villa it's a
nice 5 min walk to the coast with the beautiful sea and stunning views.
Andreas did a great job making sure we had everything we needed and we
couldn't have asked for more. I hope we get the chance to stay here again in
the future.
