Casa Nita is a nice house, well kept and very spacious for the money. We loved the ocean view and the location convenient to Coral Bay and Salt Pond Bay beach. The only drawback is the noise from the many roosters and chickens on properties below the house. We did get used to it, but anyone coming to this location should be forewarned.

Casa Nita is a large house with plenty of room for privacy. My son and his wife brought a five year old and a fifteen month old baby. My other son and his wife and I had all the space we needed as well. As is true of all the island, parking was a problem. If the planting on the side of the driveway was removed, maybe two rental jeeps would fit...

Roosters, Roosters, Roosters, ... Omg! Constant din of roosters crowing is hard to take (not just morning but during daylight hours too!). But other than that nice location and view in coral bay and not too dangerous of a drive to get to it. Central air would have been nice then could have closed up and avoided rooster noise. Air conditioners in bedrooms did not work that well hence had to leave windows open (with somewhat porous screens in the windows) and then starting at 5am listen to, ... wait for it ... Roosters !

The pictures on the Website does it no justice @ all the House is perfect, the views are amazing and if your young you really don't need a car rental @ all. The Bus run by the house every hour on the hour on good days runs every 30min when you here a loud car rumble the bus is going downhill toward last stop that means you have 15min to meet the bus @ the end of the driveway because it takes exactly that much of time for it to come back around to the house and its only 1.00. The house was perfect like the island, I'm already thinking about going back next july, I'm thinking about Tortola or St.John aka Paradise!
