Novosibirsk, RussiaGreat sea vacation
Left on 08/30/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We stayed at this villa for 3 weeks in July/August 2012.
We were absolutely happy about our choice.
The placement:
It was very convenient placement (especially if you have a car): from one hand rather far from different noisy places to not to hear the noise,
from the other hand it is near everything if you have a car. But even if you have not there are some places around where you can eat.
The villa:
The villa is rather big (3 bedrooms) and very good decorated. Each bedroom has its own shower/bath and a toilet. There are all needed things to live.
Very convenient kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. There are also washing machine, that was very useful thing for us during our vacation
(because of 2 children, I think %-)) Villa has very nice interior, not so plain and standard like we saw while finding the villa.
The "common area":
It has rather big football field with the goal, table tennis, badminton and table football.
Every evening we played all this games with great pleasure!
There are many trees around the common area. So there is enough shadow even during the day. Table tennis and table football are under sunshade.
The silence:
It was absolutely quiet at nights. No disco with loud music up to 4 am and something like this.
So you may be sure for your and your children's dreams.
The garden:
Our grandmother was absolutely excited about the garden! There were grapes, figs, plumps, oranges,
mandarins, pears, cherries, tomato, some greens and other interesting things!
The grill:
I love to cook. the food on Cyprus is great. you could buy almost anything you want.
we prefer to grill fish & veggies (just slice them, pinch of salt and pepper and olive oil - fast, easy and tasty!).
The car:
I recommend to have a car for your vacation.
you need to buy drinks, food, go to the zoo, the beach and lots of fun.
The owners:
Special thanks to them - they are very hospitable people!

Guernsey, UK.Nice Villa - but could have been a better experience
Left on 04/16/2012 for a stay in April 2012
We accept that not all of the negatives are the fault of the owners:
Positives: Nice location & good sized Villa, fridge stocked adequately). Chap turned up near end of stay and was very pleasant (gave me beer!!!)
Negatives: Little information on arrival (Heating, TV, local information, guides etc. Met by "father" who was pleasant but spoke little English. Had to email beforehand to secure arrangements (shouldn't be my job!)
Pool cold (solar heating is used for hot water, why not pool?)
Noisy neighours - 2 all night parties during our stay
Beds very uncomfortable
Linen & fittings - cheap
No "little extra's" that you find at other properties to show effort has been made.
Location - Paphos & Coral Bay have the worst kind of tourist development - I'd avoid in future and head to less spoilt areas -

We spent one wonderful week relaxing holiday with our three children in the fall of 2011. The owners are great hosts and the daily sunset was paradisiacal. We will be back. Thanks for a great week!

Very happy with property... The down sides were the lack of hot water, the sofas were not the best, and the coffee table stuck to together with black tape.

LeedsRelaxing Week in Villa Valia
Left on 07/29/2011 for a stay in July 2011
I stayed in the villa Valia for a week with my friends. The villa was easy to find with the directions given. It was clean and modern. The outside area was fantastic and we spent most of our time in the pool which was an excellant size and very clean. Plenty of sunbeds and outside seating for Bbq's which we made full use of. The bedrooms were all clean and plenty of hanging space. The villa is not overlooked and the views to the sea are uninterrupted, absolutely stunning when the sun goes down. I would recommend the villa to anyone, we had a couple of issues, which were dealt with immediately and I have no complaints at all. I would recommend a car for getting about, trips to the supermarket etc. Definately a very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable week. You will not be disappointed.

LondonBeautiful Peaceful Location, dated villa interior.
Left on 07/11/2011 for a stay in June 2011
We hired out the two villas as we were getting married and having family joining us. first impressions, beautiful exterior, nice sized pool and uninterrupted views to the sea. Plenty of outdoor seating and sunbeds. The pool was being topped up when we arrived but the water was a little cloudy. We were told that it would clear in a few hours. The following day it was still cloudy! We phoned the owner and were told someone would come to have a look. It took 2 days for the pool to clear! Compared to the villa next door where my parents were, their pool was crystal clear from the word go. The interior of the villa is a little dated. 1980's furniture, shower cubicles with shower curtains covered in lace. The bottom of the shower curtains were mouldy and needed replacing. We also found that the solar panels didn't do much and the only way to have any hot water was to switch on the immersion, but for only 40mins at a time. For 6 people, this was just enough for showers.
On the plus side, the area is quiet. Within a rugged walk to some beautiful caves and amazing coastline. Within a 5 min drive to St George, where again amazing caves, beautiful walks and a small beach. 5 min drive into Peyia village where there are some lovely tavernas and 5 min drive to Coral Bay for a bit more life. Well worth staying here as the only thing I wasnt too happy with was the interior of the villas, certainly wasnt up to "luxury"(as its advertised) standards, but then, we werent inside too much for it to matter.

About the pool we made a mistake and the pool needed some medicines to clear.Once we putted the medicines then we could not do anything else but to wait to get clear. The pool was fine for swimming it was just a little cloudy and this was a transient problem that happened unfortunately only one time.Regarding the interior, the villa is stunningly designed and furnished to the highest standards. The furniture are brand new we are talking about leather sofa's in the living room and tables, chairs, shelves all bought by IKEA last year. For hot water the immersion must switched on for about half hour and this instructions can be found in the Guest Information Folder we provide in every villa. We provide guests all the information they need within this Folder and are also available by phone to clarify any questions.
This is a wonderful luxury villa and we want to make sure your vacation experience is uninhibited. If you have any questions please contact us and we will be happy to address your questions. -

Left on 07/10/2011 for a stay in June 2011
Perfect villa for a family holiday.
Great sized pool, spacious villa with all the facilities required to make it a home from home.
Totally secluded pool area with sea views.
Only a short drive into Coral Bay for all amenities, but great restaurants can be found local to the villa too.
Can't wait to go back next year! -

Hi Panayiotis
Many thanks for all your attention to detail, the location, service and villa was absolutely perfect. No hitches no trouble just a lovely place to stay in Cyprus.
For those of you thinking of staying at Villa Valia;
it is larger than the photos show, each bedroom is well equipped as is the kitchen and washing facilities. A car was essential for us with 3 kids and 2 adults.
Coral Bay is around 10 min drive away, Kato Pafos is probably 25 mins max. Pafos airpoert is 50 mins.
Driving is simple, you drive on the same side as in the UK! As you look out over the pool you have uninterupted views of the sea and fantastic sunsets. We are quite particular and Villa Valia and Panayiotis delivered exactly what we hoped for. -
