Villla Coral Sunset is a wonderfully spacious villa situated in the most breathtaking location on the hillside overlooking the clear blue waters of Coral Bay and it's rolling landscape, with dramatic mountain views in the background.

The villa offers the ultimate in peace and privacy, which is hard to find with many holiday villas for rent in Cyprus. The only sounds are the bird song and crickets and the gentle breeze coming from the surrounding fruit orchards stacked with oranges and lemons for those endless gin and tonics! ! A must for any Mediterranean Holiday. The unspoilt village of Kissonerga with its excellent choice of local sho...ps, supermarket and restaurants is only a 2-minute drive away with the beach and resort of Coral Bay only a 3-minute drive away.

This villa is unique in a number of ways from other houses for rent. The panoramic views as far as the Akamas peninsular to the front, pretty villages and mountains to the side and rear and mandarin groves all round. This villa is the perfect setting for those memorable Cyprus holidays with complete privacy.

The house itself is very spacious with every bedroom having its own bathroom and balcony. The tiled entrance leads into a spacious hallway with a w.c. cloakroom and then extends into a comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with two sets of patio doors leading out onto the front terrace and pool area. There is a television, DVD, CD player and Sony Play Station 2 for your added enjoyment. The fitted kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, electric oven and large fridge freezer.

An inner hall leads to the first of the bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, a double with TV and en-suite shower and WC. This has patio doors to the front terrace. The second bedroom on this level is a family room with king-size double and three quarter size bed, again with TV and this has full bathroom en-suite and patio doors to the front terrace.

Stairs lead to the first floor and three further bedrooms. The master double has TV, full bathroom en-suite, dressing area and patio doors to a balcony overlooking the pool and sea in the distance. Next is a twin with TV, shower and WC en-suite and patio doors to a small shared balcony. Finally the fifth bedroom is also a twin with TV, full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto the shared balcony and a further balcony with mountain views. The house is air-conditioned throughout for your added benefit.

Outside and to the front is the large 12 metre pool, which is set amongst glorious sun terraces. There is a shallow end for children and the pool is gated off for extra safety. An added feature to the terrace is the Jacuzzi hot tub and feature brick built barbecue. There is also a lawned area to the side of the villa with children’s outdoor games as well as a table-tennis table. There are trees surrounding the houses offering lots of shade as well as a number of large umbrellas and parasols.

Imagine those incredible sunsets as you wine and dine overlooking the coastline or relax in the hot tub at midnight. A really special place for that great family holiday. Do not forget the cameras as the sunsets from the house over the sea are considered the best in the Mediterranean. For 11 passengers a supplement of £75 p week is applicable.
