Our Vacation Rental Home, Villa "Lomalagi", is known as the house with the million dollar view. Situated at the top of lush tropical landscape overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean with easy access to 5 Star Resorts.
This is a spacious 3500 sq.ft, 2 story house, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house that can accommodate 13 people.
Beach access is directly in front of HEAVENSDOOR FIJI.
A house girl is available to assist with additional cleaning & childcare at a minimal fee.

We are conveniently located 1 hour south of Nadi Airport, and 15 minutes from Sigatoka town. We are nestled on top of a ridge between the Outrigger Resort (5mins) and the Hideaway Resort (15mins), which welcome you to use their restaurants/bars & pool areas.

Rates are for the first 2 people plus $30 per additional person per night plus cleaning plus tax.
Children: 12 yrs & under at time of vacation are free (one free child per each paying adult)
Note: Please do not be offended when asked to see passport of 12yr old on arrival.
Cleaning Fees:
Starts at $150 for 2-3 people per week, $200 for 4-6 people, more than 6 people $200 plus $25 per additional person per week.

Are available for your arrival only includes soap, toilet paper, tissues, dish washing liquid, sponge & cloth, paper towels & napkins.
Note: Guests are to provide their own toiletries after arrival.

Payment Policy
We require 50% deposit to hold your booking (Once received we will blocked out your dates on the calendar as your confirmation) then final 50% payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Property Damage Protection
We require all USA & Can residents to purchase PDP policy starting at USD$49
All other countries are required to pay security deposit at time of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, please note our policies...... We STRONGLY encourage travel insurance when travelling to Fiji!
* Date of deposit received to181 days - 20% admin fee
* 180 to 61days - 50% holding deposit
* 60 to 31 days - no refund on holding deposit
* 30 days or less - no refund

our thanks to Scott for making our Fiji gathering of family and friends from around the globe every thing we wished for .The house accommodating our group of 16 at a stretch but we where all comfortable .
The Lovo feast gave us the night off from cooking , on the other nights we ate like kings as well with the local Sigatoka market providing cheap fresh fruit vegetables and fish , the supermarket is not for the faint hearted busy and dirty ,but we catered for the group with ease .
Cars are essential, so is seeking out activities . the walk to the waterfall was a highlight and the village shop as good as anywhere else for island trinkets .
This side of the island is windy which we liked because the bugs are not so much of an issue and the house is cool .
The local resorts provide a poolside escape , icecream and fries when a change is needed

Can't say anything but, praises for Heaven's Door! From the beautiful views to the relaxing bedroooms, we couldn't have asked for anything more! Scott and Cristina are gracious hosts and treated us like family, we really can't thank them enough for their hospitality. Thank you for everything.

Wow! That really sums it up. We arrived late at night, it was very dark and the wind was blowing. Sidney greeted us, wagging his tail and Scott, the owner was right along to welcome us and help us with the luggage. The pictures you see in the ad are exactly what you see on arrival. The next morning we woke up to the most incredible views of the Pacific, palm trees, etc.
The house is huge and there were only four of us and we didn't even use half the house. Definitely enough room for 10-12, very easily. Just remember, this is a rental home, not a resort, which is what we wanted. You cook your own food or go out to eat. Ask Scott where to go to eat, where to get anything, as he is a great source of info and greets you each morning as he cleans the outside of the property and gives you weather reports, etc.
The kitchen has all the utensils, machines (coffee, grinder, etc), refrigerator, freezer, microwave, etc. that you need to cook gourmet meals. Get the owners to make you at least one local cuisine meal and you'll be glad that you did, delicious!! Have tea and coffee on the outside deck, watch the sunrise and sunset and get lost in the beauty. I can still hear the ocean waves. Incredible!
The beach, channel are only 200 yards away. Go at low tide with snorkel gear and you'll be swimming in an aquarium setting. We even saw a white tip reef shark swimming below us and a few other beautiful creatures and fish.
Sigatoka is only 10-15 minutes away and the daily open market is not to be missed. It is a great place to get fruits and veggies for your stay. Saturday morning has the best selections for fresh fish and seafood.
There is tons to do in the area and 5-Star resorts near by that you can go to and use as well, while you just saved tons of money by staying at Heavensdoor. Many pamphlets for local things to do are available.
