This 1925 house has been completely remodeled and is Mediterranean on the outside and contemporary on the inside from the gourmet Bulthaup kitchen with Sub Zero refrigerator and dual temp. wine fridge, Miele dishwasher and Gaggneau oversize wall oven and 5 burner Gas cook-top.

The Bang & Olufson sound system has speakers in the kitchen, garden, living room, master bedroom and bath! The floors throughout the house are hardwood in a dark walnut finish. The guest bath is a jewel box with Ann Sacks tiles, and glass sh...ower. The master bath features a steam shower with a rain shower and 2 massaging shower heads. French doors in the sun drenched master lead to a huge tiled second storey terrace.

The tropical gardens with a covered dining porch with fan and table for 12 and pool with cascading water is the piece d'resitance of this very special house.

Notes: Maid Service is available for $90 per visit. Our son's former nanny is available and totally trustworthy for babysitting for $11 per hour.

Additional Location Information

We are walking distance to the fabulous shopping and dining in downtown Coral Gables and the golf course right behind the house is great for running or in-line skating around -- or even for playing golf !! The Biltmore Golf course is just minutes away. When you are tired you can lounge around on the upstairs terrace just off the master bedroom or in any number of places in the garden.
