Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Erwachsene. Sie liegt zentral, so dass alle Sehenswürdigekiten zu Fuß erreicht werden können, trotzdem ruhig (kein autoverkehr; daher ist die Wohnung auch nicht direkt mit dem eigenen PKW anfahrbar).
Sie ist modern und fuktional eingerichtet, ein schönes Refugium um sich nach/zwischen Besichtigungen auszuruhen. -

We were met by Neves who was charming and gave us some pointers for local shops and restaurants. Appartment was comfortable and quiet, but a little chilly at times, although warmed up quickly with the wall fan heaters on.
It was fantastically situated for the Mezquita and a good base for exploring the old city. The weather was wet and we got drenched cycling; there was a tumble dryer but we could not have it on at the same time as the heat or the electricity tripped (but the fuse box was obvious and easy to find!) -

Nieves was a very welcoming and helpful host. We found the location ideal for exploring Cordoba and found the apartment very clean and well equipped. We stayed at the end of March and as the apartment is designed for very hot weather we needed to use the electric heating quite a lot, but it was very efficient. Lots of hot water and a good shower. The only difficulty was understanding how the washer/dryer worked as the instructions were not in English. also many of the cupboards were too high and out of my easy reach. We enjoyed our stay in Cordoba very much and would recommend the apartment to other couples.

hank you very much for your visit, now you must repeat his visit to Cordoba to see that in the cabinet above the washer / dryer is a booklet, with the operating instructions of the washer / dryer in all languages
Also, there is a plastic stair in the sink cabinet to reach the apartment cabinets.

This apartment is great for two people. Very clean and well stocked. So close to all the sites, and yet off the beaten path on a quiet cobblestoned alley. You enter with a key into a courtyard and then to the apartment with another key. Very safe and secure. You are required to pay for your electrical use. We were there for a cooler week, so had the heat on when inside, but the cost was only 17€. Don't miss the tapa bar just a few doors down "la Cavea." If you need a taxi they are happy to call one for you.

This small apartment met our holiday needs very well, but for the internet which is very slow. Nieves attended to our needs beautifully. And we loved her little dog, Martin.
The washing machine, stove, fridge etc were in good order. The linen and bath towels were replaced regularly. We were a short walk from the Museo archeologica and the Mesquita and much else. The square a few metres away is leafy and peaceful, but the coca cola cava is not great for food - it is ok for a drink at the end of a long day. -

We stayed in this apartment on our Cordoba leg of our 2 weeks Spain trip. In all towns we stayed in local apartment to get a taste of local ambience instead of hotel/hostel.
The apartment is nice and clean. It is located in a quiet street , very near the quaint plaza J. Paez which has a nice cafe where you can relax anytime of the day. It is very near/walking distance to all the spots you want to visit in Cordoba. The nightlife is relaxed (not crazy hustle and bustle like Barcelona or Madrid) but rich.
It is not 2 bedroom but 1 bedroom, 1 bath, but the living room has a pull out bed for another couple or 2 more people.
Aircon is working well and tons of hot water ...we needed that as July was a very hot weather in Cordoba. It has all the kitchen amenities , washer and nice balconies.
Nieves is such a sweet hosts. She meet us at the plaza to make sure that the taxi will not drop us off in the wrong area. She also called the taxi for our departure and saw us off. She was responsive in my communication with her prior and during the stay.
Definitely would recommend it to friends or would stay there when I come back to Cordoba -

Excellent place to stay in Cordoba, central, clean and modern interior but building and surroundings full of traditional character. Walking distance to sights. Perfect for 2 people, we had four comfortably (2 on good sofa bed in living room). Nieves was extremely helpful on our arrival (speaks better French than English), helping us find the place and giving us good advice on local matters. No room to park in streets in Cordoba - car parked in nearby hotel carpark (added cost - worth checking if available prior to your arrival).
