These are wonderful 3-bedroom villas, each with a private pool & they are of a few in corfu with steps leading down to the beach. The complex comprises of Afroditi and Nafsika two deluxe 3 bedroom villas built on an 1800m² privately-owned, fenced property. Each villa is a total of 145m² (it comfortably sleeps 6 but can take 7 on request), is spread across three floors and consists of three en-suite bedrooms, lounge and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, indoor store-room and w.c. The villas can be rented as one property for big parties of people. In that case the intermediate fence can be removed.

Bedroom 1: double bed.

bedroom 3: double bed. Continuing on from the bedroom is a small area (small lounge area) with a sofa that folds out into a bed, cupboards with a sink, fridge, coffee maker, electric.

All of our bedrooms have their own bathrooms with wc, hydromassage shower.

kitchen: the fully-equipped kitchen comprises of everything that you may require: electric oven, range hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, sandwich maker, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, espresso machine, filtered coffee machine.

Utility room: comprises of the essentials: iron and ironing table, washing machine, pantry.

Living room: high quality design and furnishing, comprising of a comfortable four-seater sofa, lcd satellite television, dvd, cd player, wireless internet.

Dining room: a table and seats which accommodate 6 people, overlooking the sea.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: twice weekly. Pool cleaned every other day in early morning.

Additional Location Information

Corfu is one of the most elegant island capitals in the whole of Greece. Corfu town is a must visit, the town has two distinct areas, the historic centre, enclosed by the old port and the old fort area. Both have great spots to enjoy lunch and coffee after a mornings sightseeing.

The villas are located in the south-westerly part of Corfu in a verdurous location (Halikounas) and the location where they are built offers a majestic view of the endless, azure Ionian Sea. The unique natural beauty in combination with the serenity the area offers makes for an ideal place for rest and relaxation. A 10 minute walk or 2 minutes drive you can enjoy swimming at the beach of Halikounas which is one of the most beautiful and largest beaches in Corfu, also, at just a short distance one will find beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters, restaurants and tavernas offering traditional and high quality food.

Lake Korission is a great local attraction, it is home to turtles, tortoises, lizards, numerous indigenous and migratory birds. There are lots of walks around different trails, the lake is over 5km long and 1km wide. A different kind of water is available at Aqualand, europe's 3rd largest water park, a great day out and coach trips run from Agios Mathaios.
