I've stayed here over the past few years and regrettably the standards are dropping. The apartment has got damp in it and one bedroom was uninhabitable. The smell of damp set off my partenrs asthma and had she not been ill on our return home we would have complained. We have recommended these barns to friends before but no longer. Read more
Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We did have a problem this year with damp in the barn you stayed in. We had an unusually wet season which we believe led to the problem. This is something we have treated over the quieter winter period, we are very sorry to hear that this issue caused you discomfort during your stay. Rarely issues come up with the barns and we always do everything we can to resolve a problem as quickly as possible which would have been the case if you had brought it to our attention at the time, perhaps moving you to make you more comfortable.
We do hope if you come back to Cornwall you would consider staying with us again.
Fantastic stay in every way
