The apartment is suitable for two people and has one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a fitted kitchen and sitting room with a dining table. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car. Perfectly situated for exploring the south Cornwall coast, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project, Freshfields Apartment is a fabulous cottage for a couple.

Off road parking for 1 car. Shared use of owner’s garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Apartment adjoins owners' house, and has low eaves in some parts.

Town: Sticker is a Cornish village complete with village shop/Post Office and award-winning pub, just three miles from St. Austell Bay. The fishing harbour at Mevagissey is six miles away, and the Roseland Peninsula with the villages of St. Mawes and St. Just-in-Roseland lies just a little further away.
All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
An excellent apartment very well appointed and comfortable . The owners who live below are very friendly and helpful . A place I would definitly return to . There are lots of interesting places to visit from gardens to quaint hatbours in the area .

One good bed room with with very good ensuite, small well equiped kitchen, comfortable dining sitting room. good views across the fields,nice and warm when it was cold and wet outside, with lots of privacy. shortdrive to shopping center, handy for tourist locations,lands end the lizard light house, bodmin jail, tintagel castle just to name a few.Trevor and his wife were friedly adn welcoming.

The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Sharp, are very friendly and helpfully. The home is in the first floor and nice, usefully and conveniently equipped and there are a lot of opportunities to make diverse interesting day trips.
