The condo unit is great for a small family of four. We had all the amenities a house has and could get the beach very easily by walking a few hundred feet. The location itsef, which is very close to the grocery store and the shopping area bodes well when you have children. The unit itself is well maintained. The washer/dryer set had some age on them but still functional. The only thing for retners to remember to do is to move the garbage can out by the roadside where they can pick up, which the previous renter did not do when we arrived,so had to put up with that for a few days.

Having never been to OBX, this was a great 1st time experience & so happy with "It's about time" condo. Whimsical decor, everything we needed & w/a total of 3 people, we had lots of space. Location is great-2 min walk to beach & close to grocery store. Condo was clean, well equipped & keyless entry the best-never have to hunt for keys. Found out that we paid lower than next door vacationers & got more for our $$-definately will use Outerbanks Blue for future vacation rental!

It's about Time was just about perfect; great accommodations at a reasonable price and just a stone's throw from an absolutely gorgeous beach. We had never been to the OBX and really enjoyed our stay. (A word of advice to newbies - stay close to the OBX the night before you are supposed to arrive and get on to the OBX early to avoid the traffic nightmare)
The folks at OuterBanks Blus couldn't have been nicer. -

I have already sent an email in regards to the problems we had there. The place was a nice place to stay but did have some issue. Dirty kitchen fllor in corners, running or defective flush valves in toilets, burned out light bulb at entrance, informed of no interent service when it had it, no information of area (ie shopping, visiting, etc.). Should provide more detail of equipment, utensils, coffee pot, useage of appliances. Should provide earlier check in noon rather then 3pm. Excellant check in, excellant decor, nice to have grill, outdoor shower, should have option to have lights on longer whille outside under deck. good supply of utensils needed, appliances, lights, fan, furniture. games, books, over all good place to stay.

I found the accommadations adequate for our needs. My only suggestions, is that the bedroom with twin beds have a television and DVD Player included. Also, when six people are staying there should be six sets of towels and additional blankets for the six people. Aside from that, I found the location good and the pool water and area clean.

Everything was nice and as we expected - we had 1 complaint. The master bed was queen but the cleaning service tried to squeeze a full fitted sheet (and mattress cover)on the bed. EVERY NIGHT the sheet and mattress cover came off the bed! It was very annoying to the point where it would wake both my husband and I up - to the point that at least 2 of the nights we were both awake in the middle of the night trying to remake the bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at It's About time. The place was so cute and cozy. It was definately accomidating for my husband,myself and three children.(ages 11,4,and 2) We were not only a hop away from the pool, but just a skip to the beach. With the little children it was nice to have easy access to the house fast from either place. We would come back and stay again!

This was a great vacation rental. The location is very close to the beach, it was quiet, and very clean.
We had some minor issues ( cleaning was not done yet when we checked in, and 2 plumbing clogs at checkin ) but Outer Banks Blue was easy to reach and they fixed them very quickly and courteously.
The location of this rental property is nice b/c it is out of the major traffic zones, but a short drive away from shopping and restaurants. The beach was awesome. We plan to go back! -

The house was perfect, from the exceptional decor, to the near oceanfront proximity to the beach. Shopping and restaurants were only minutes away, within easy walking distance, so we had no trouble stocking up on supplies as needed. This was our second stay in this home, and it certainly won't be our last! My family loved every moment of our stay, and I have no hesitatin in giving this property my highest recommendation.

Our time here was great. In our house was: My parents, my friend and I. We really enjoyed the comfort of the condo and all of the different floors. It was really cozy at night and vibrant during the day. Also, full of entertainment and not a far walk to the beach. The balcony was a beautiful view of the sky and a small portion of the sand dunes. The bathrooms were very spacious and were easy to manage. I loved the fact that there was wireless internet so that I could keep in touch with my e-mail. Another great thing was that nothing was too far away. Everything is near and you don't have to go too far out of your way.
Overall our stay was very enjoyable and if I were to go back to the Outerbanks, like always, I would choose this lovely condo. The Outerbanks is great for family fun and also relaxation. I'd recommend it to anyone. -

This house was just what we wanted...it was close to the beach and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked and nicely organized. Power was out when we arrived, but rental company sent someone right away to fix it. Wished we had more reliable wifi service, though, as that was advertised in the brochure. Overall, this property met our needs!

This home is gorgeous. It's decorated with such bright colors that I thought I was in the Bahamas. The cleaming staff should be commended because the house was immaculate with plenty of bath towels. Bring your own beach towels however. We enjoyed the pool and the walk way to the beach was great ! The keyles entry is the best idea since the micro-wave. Way to go Outer Banks Blue. I will definitely use you again.

First OBX Vacation - Will Definitely Return

It was our first visit to the Outer Banks and it definitely lived up to everything we heard!
We stayed in Corolla in a condo/townhouse called It's About Time (rented through Outer Banks Blue).
The property and rental experience exceeded our expectations. The house was fully stocked from towels, sheets and soap, to a full supply of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The setup of the house was perfect for us with the bedrooms on the middle level and the living area and kitchen on the top level.
The house is just two houses away from the pool and a very short walk to the beach - perfect location.
Our only complaint was with the town of Corolla - why isn't there a walking path like there is in Duck?
Besides that, our trip was wonderful and we'll definitely be back!
