We had a great time at Sandy Claws. I loved that we did not have to stop into a rental office to check in or check out. There were a lot of pool/beach toys available at the house. It was a really nice house and not too far from the beach to walk over with a lot of stuff and lots of kids. We would stay there again.

I would highly recommend Sandy Claws,it was very clean and had so much space. The kitchen was fully stocked with new dishes, utensils and cookware. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and the location was very close to to the beach access and shopping.

We were one of the travelers that was caught in the hurricaine Irene event. We unfortunately did not have travel insurance so we felt that we had to come when we could to enjoy what time we had albeit expensive because it was so short. I totally understand Outer Bank Blues position for those of us who did not have insurance. I do however think that for customer satisfaction and for future customer loyality that some accomodations could have been made. Whether it be some additional days at another house or a credit for next year. It would have gone a long way to secure return customers. The house was beautiful aside from the frigerator thats seal was broken, it was clean and neat the pool people were fantastic. They took a very dirty pool and hot tub and made it beautiful. The house definately smelled musty, I am sure from some rain leakage but as I said a beautiful home. Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts.

Our family really enjoyed Sandy Claws and all it had to offer. Beautiful home!!! We would highly recommend home to anyone with a big family. We looked forward to future stays. Thank you to the Onwers and Reality Company that manage it.

The pictures do not do this house justice! It is much nicer and bigger in person than what the pictures make it out to be. The entire stay at the house and dealings with the rental company were far beyond our expectations and made for a truly exciting and relaxing trip! I would recommend Outer Banks Blue to anyone and Sandy Claws to anyone with a big group, everything was great!

Our 4th visit to Duck and Corolla, our 2nd home in Corolla, and this is our favorite house and location. A view of the beach but location on second street gave us grass to play on with our dog. Sandy Claws had the room to spread out for some time alone or to gather as a group for games, talking or tv watching. The elevator was great for moving luggage or groceries.This will be our place to stay from now on.

We all had a great time. I was disappointed in the level of cleanliness, missing lightbulbs, empty propane tank, elevator not in working order and other misc. inconveniences as I had mentioned to Patrick while vacationing.
