The rental agency was very friendly and attentive. The home was great for us - was found to be as expected from internet advertising. Within walking distance to the beach and reasonably priced. However, we did lose internet service mid-week as well as the hot tub and no credit has been discussed or issued. It may be the fault do to a storm, however, we paid for these services for the entire week and are requesting a partial refund.

Overall, the rental house is 8 out of 10. There were a couple things the next guest should request, specifically and pre-use inspection. a) Make sure the aC is on. The house was not occupied the previous week and it took a while for the temperature to be okay. b) a number of the chairs were broken. When the chairs were picked up, none were provided for a family of 21 to sit together. c). The hot-tub did not work until half-way through our stay. d) If you are used to a garbage disposal, there is not one. Plan accordingly. Balcony nails have worked lose and danger to bare feet. e) Ice maker in refrigerator did not work. The refrigerator was too small for such a large group of people. Bottomline, the unit would be super if the prep and inspection occurred before we arrived.

We had 5 families with youn children and this was perfect! The pool, rooms and overall set up worked great! The location was great as it's close to grocery but secluded from strip malls and misc shopping-- quiet area, close to beach and local attractions.

overall condition of property was good. Cleaning crew could have been more thorough. areas under couches,. along baseboards etc was not as clean as necessaary.
when hot tub broke down local Pool guy and ace hardware were AWESOME.......quick and courteuos. -

The kitchen was a bit uncleaned. Counter tops were smeared & hazzy, floors could've been cleaner. No stopper for kitchen sink, would've been nice to catch scraps.
The attached bathtub in front bedroom, 2nd floor, was not inviting to shower in.
Overall, it was a nice home & would stay again, just request a tad cleaner & stopper for sink in kitchen.
We all had a 'wonderful' time & the location was desirable.

We didn't require any service while we were there but the home was set up beautifully. Towels, filters for coffee to start was great (although inadvertantly we packed the filters to come home SORRY!!!. Our group was 17 strong with a lot of kids so there was plenty of room for everyone. (Two people couldn't make it at the last minute.)
The pool table was great, house was well laid out, and especially close to the beach (one block). It was an easy walk.
The weather was cooler than we would like with some intermittent rain but that didn't dampen the spirits of anyone! The water even felt warmer with the air a little cooler. The swimming pool was very popular!
The water in the hot tub was not heated as warmly as we would like, that took away from that.
I would certainly consider booking the house again if we return.

We had a wonderful time! The house had plenty of bedrooms. Recommend renting bikes to get to the beach quickly. A few issues: House wasn't ready until after check in, hot tub was not working properly, kitchen supplies limited, basketball hoop broke. None of these things affected our stay - we had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach in this beautiful home. The beach was a short and easy walk. We loved that we were able to bring our Chihuahua who also enjoyed this wonderful home. It was great to have a pool and hot tub. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. I would recommend to all.

The house was nice enough with lots of amenities. The issue I had was that when we came into the house it wasn't completely clean. The glass doors and windows were very dirty, esp. in the kitchen and dining area.
In the bedroom on the ground floor there was blood stains on the sheets which we were able to wash out.
