This was approximately the 8th time we've rented this unit. We obviously like the location which is only minutes to beach access. The new check in and check out was great and the realator was quick to fix a couple of small problems. Not much has changed over the years. Enough maintainence is done each year to keep its' furnishings acceptable. This year, however, new bedding and some wall hangings were added. The bedroom with one bunk bed was changed to a double bunk on bottom with single on top. Good idea but we usually use this room for storage. The pool that was added last year was even nicer this year with improved pool apron area. The kitchen is well equipped with enough large pots and pans to prepare a meal for 10 people. The only thing that I can think of that could be added is an extra refrigerator in the utility area. We will probably rent it again next year.

The house was great, wonderful location, literally seconds to the beach. The area of the beach this house is located on is uncrowded! The walkway to the resort rec area is right next to the house and it's just a few minutes walk to that area. The pool was gorgeous, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and dishes, but they could use some newer pots/pans. The washer dryer area was a little cluttered with discarded beach chairs and toys. The bikes could use a little TLC regarding tires, rust, etc however we were not expecting to even have the bikes available so that was a great surprise!
The pool area could use some lounge chairs and a table, and the porches could use some seating as well.
The TVs in the bedrooms were a huge plus for the kids. Plenty of games and toys for the kids to use as well!
Loved Crab's Day Off and would stay here again!
