Great accommodations & amenities, good room layout with bedrooms geared for multiple adults without children (high chair & playpen avail), great game room on ground floor with pool access, short walk to public beach access, screened deck off of dining area a plus, parking for 4 cars, Sunday to Sunday rental (preferred). Would consider booking again.

House was great. Some items weren't fully functional because of wear and tear (lock on lowest level patio door,and master bedroom lock) but overall, the house was great. The cleaning service could have been more thorough. Dirty earplugs were left in the master bedroom as well as sunflower seeds found on multiple floors.

This is a beautiful and well appointed home. We especially enjoyed the great mattresses, which, unfortunately, are usually not the best in vacation homes. Nice deck and screen porch furniture and the ceiling fan on the screen porch was wonderful during the heat. Loved the hammock in the shade on the second deck and the screen porch. A few things would have made it better--umbrellas at the pool and on the top deck would have been nice. Also beach "stuff"--there was nothing at all other than the required couple of chairs, which were very small and inexpensive.
