We had a blast at Beach Fever. Lots of room for our family. Enjoyed the hot tub and hammock. The distance to the beach wasn't too far.

We had a nice week. The weather was nice . We visited the shops and enjoyed the beach . We had a great time . The cottage was very nice and well cleaned . The service was excellent .

Overall we had a great trip. We feel that the location of the house is great with the ocean views and easy beach access. The weekly rate is a good value. The areas I would point out for possible improvement are as follows:
Comfort -
* Some of the doors were difficult to operate (rear sliding door, door to the screen porch, screen door on the screen porch). This made it difficult to go in an out of the house.
* We found the beds to be a little hard and uncomfortable. However, we know that everyone likes their bed a little different softness or firmness.
Cleanliness
* The ceiling fans were filthy and needed dusted.
* Bathrooms were adequately clean, but not spotless, especially in the corners.
* When we ran the vaccuum, we picked up debris in areas that we hadn't used indicating the previous guests hadn't ran the vaccuum.. -

We can't share really anything negative about our vacation and the beach house was just grand. Very comfy and clean and close to the ocean and shopping grocery store ect...Our children young and old loved the ocean by day and just hanging out at the beach house at night. We enjoyed eating out and cooking crab legs and laying in the hot tub after long day at the beach.

The house is lovely, comfortable, lots of outside space, close to the beach. Good appliances with the exception of the grill which was filthy and old and did not work well.
We especially liked the views, the hottub and the fact the aircon, and appliances worked well. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us (3 kids 2 grandparents) to maintain a peaceful environment
We thoroughly enjoyed spending our week here and would recommend it to anyone. -

The house had everything. The hot tub (and it's location) was wonderful. I liked the stereo speakers in different rooms. And the hammock was great.
The upper deck was nicely positioned and I especially liked the regular staircase (some I've stayed in have had ladders to go up). It was very relaxing to sit up there and watch the sun set.
I also liked not having another house block my view of the ocean.
