We arrived and were able to check in early as were told we could do and that was terrific. We have rented through other companies every year for the last 20 yrs and have never had that luxury. The only issue we had was the fact that I had to launder all the comforters on the beds that we used before I let my family use them because they were very soiled. Great location to the beach and a very nice home and pool. One other small problem with a nosey neighbor, who lives in the neighborhood which previous renters had issue with by their entries in the experience book in the home, but that is certainly no fault of Resort Realty. All in all a very nice rental experience. Thank you.

This home is so confortable and welcoming, the rooms the bathrooms the pool the kitchen the house the area. They were all so great. This is our 3d stay and we plan on next year again. I recommend this home to all my friends, we even have a beach house in this town, but we rather stay here. Thank you again for letting us come.

This home was a home we felt welcomed as soon as we arrived, the owners gift was a wonderfull surprize, we used it that night, the many bathrooms were great no waiting, the pool was so conforting, the beds were conforting as well. We own a house in the Sands and had to get a bigger house due to the kids and we plan on renting this home next year again. The walk to the beach was short.

I already sent this once. The house was in sell mode not rental with a few niceties mode--no umbrella or table by the pool, no control on ac--too cold first 2 floors and very hot on the top floor--where the family should have spent time and no broom and pan for daily light housekeeping . The furniture in the living room was worn--material falling off the dining chairs--and the sofas you fell into in a bad way due to no padding. Sofas smelled old and used.
We have been with Resort for at least 4 years and if this were the first time, we would not be back. Have to think hard for next year.

Our crew of 6 adults and 6 kids changed houses this year to Bikini Bottom for our annual beach getway. Bikini Bottom offers a great pool, lots of space, and a great kitchen. The big green couch was well worn and in need of replacement but, still comfortable. We'll gladly rent this home again.

We arrived in Corolla and had no issues locating the realty. The representatives were friendly and helpful and quick. The home was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We were very grateful to the owners for sharing their home with us, which was less than a 5 min walk to the ocean and we also enjoyed the private pool and large living/dining areas! The only problem we had with the house is the refrigerator did not close tightly.

Would make the following recommendations:
1. DVD did not work in main area - called but no one came out to fix
2. Matress pads were missing on some of the beds
3. Pool area needs to be trimmed
4. Would recommend a gas grill - had not used charcoal grill in years.
5. New furniture in the main area - no comfortable seating
Location was great - we loved the area/location.
Kitchen was extremely well equipped and enjoyed the upstairs space. Having a screened porch made it enjoyable to be outside anytime day or nite.
Thanks for the great week - we enjoyed our stay!
