We had a great week in this house. Very comfortable, lots of great amenities. Kids loved the pool and party room. The only issue we had was the cable system was terrible-channels were awful, and no selection. Also, wifi was incredibly slow.

Enjoyed all that the house offered. Nice pool, pool house, and hot tub. The only problems we had were with a couple tv's and the satilite.

My family and I loved Just Beachy. The house had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. We loved the pool and the shaded pool cabana especially after spending time in the sun on the beach. We loved the location, close to grocery stores, dining and shopping. We loved the Wild Horse Tour...a must see for the entire family. The street was nice and quiet at night and we felt safe and at home!

Our stay was excellent and the weather was great!! I got the best tan I've ever had in 3 days. The accomodations were great and the inside of the house was great! I have comments to make though about the marketing of the house, the picture of the home was misleading. We were looking for the house that resembled the picture in the book with no luck because the picture is of the back..?? It is the only house in the whole area that has no doors on the front of the house that faces the street. I just found that awkward looking and unfitting to the neighborhood. Front of house needs an upgrade or addition of at least a deck or two.

We had a wonderful time at Just Beachy. Very, very, very kid friendly! We traveled with our children ages 4, 3 and 11 months. We all loved the pool area and having a swingset was a dream come true. Somewhat of a walk to the beach but it was worth it. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

We are a small family of 3, so the size of this house was a good size for us. We were, however, very surprised at the condition of the house. When we pulled up the paint on the outside was pealing badly -- it looked really rundown from the outside. The condition of the furniture in the living room was in pretty bad shape with washed-out fabric and uncomfortable cushions. There was no couch only two loveseats and a large chair so you couldn't really lay down and relax. The swing set was being dismantled when we arrived because it was broken. The owner's personal maintenance person was there and said that the renters prior to us really messed the place up. I can understand that there will be renters like this, but I feel that they left the house in pretty bad shape and we were recipients of their disrespect. Also, when you clicked on the location of the house on the Resort Realty website, it looks like it was very close to the road that leads to the beach. It was a lot further from that road -- twice as far as we thought it would be. The kids bedroom was cute and the pool house was nice although the pool itself is small. The house did have a W/D but it was outside by the parking space under the house. Not convenient at all. I'm sure the owner's did try to put in little personal touches; however, I'm certain we would not rent this house again. I think the description and condition of the house on the web was somewhat deceiving.

The pics on line are a bit misleading as the living area was much smaller than it appeared. We enjoyed our stay all the same and have even discussed renting it again. Nice to be able to bring the puppies with us. Thanx

We had a great week at "Just Beachy" in Corolla. The house is well appointed, with four good-sized bedrooms that comfortably accomodated two families (8 people in total). With kids of various ages (including a couple of 3-year olds) we really appreciated the family-friendly setup: playground in back, fenced pool area, and stuffed animals and family games provided in the bunk-bed room. (There was even a port-a-crib and kiddie chair in one of the closets, though we didn't need them.)
There is satellite TV as well as DVD/VCR players in the living room and a couple of the bedrooms, but we never really used them. We were fortunate to have great weather, so we spent a lot of evenings just sitting on the upper outside deck, enjoying the view and the cool breezes. (We also were very busy battling out the Darts Championship Of The World on the dartboard in the pool cabana.)
The house is a short walk to the beach, and a long walk or short bike ride to the nearest shops/restaurants. Highly recommend the steak burritos and margaritas at Bad Bean taqueria!
All in all, an excellent week and we will definitely come back.
