This is a great place to stay when you don't want to be surrounded by 30 other people. It was wonderful for our small family gathering of 8. The home is extremely functional - amenities for baby; fooseball for 4 yr old; b-ball backboard for athletic wannabes, and a soothing deck with ocean view for the grown-ups. There are 3 levels so there's lots of personal space for everyone. The master bedroom is spacious and has a two person jacuzzi in addition to a full bathroom. The second queen bedroom also has its own full bathroom. The bunk room sleeps 4 and was perfect for the kids. The ground floor level is a separate den unit - its own tv, 1/2 bath, and lots of space. It was a perfect spot for teens. A large hot water heater provided long showers and babies' baths. The new over-sized W/D took care of all the beach towels. Fans in every room helped the a/C keep up with the heat. The kitchen is well-supplied with a new stove, d/w, and ice maker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are eagerly looking forward to our return next year.
