Sea Lark I was delightful. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything that we needed and the weather was perfect. Our kids had a blast with the boogie boards, and even our dog went swimming with us. The house is close to grocery stores and restaurants, and we all got a chance to unwind.

We loved the house. We had to call for a couple of maintenance issues, but nothing major. We loved the easy access to the beach. I would be great if the outdoor shower had more open air.

Great ocean front home with beautiful views from the second floor and roof top deck. Open floor plan with huge windows made it feel very roomy. The house had everything we needed and was a great price!

Enjoyed beach front propery which was pet friendly. Easy access to beach too. House was fine, aging a bit compared to other nearby properties. Winding stairway to upper deck seemed a bit iffy. Nicely appointed kitchen.

The home was mostly nice, with a couple issues with the outside appearance and kitchen area. Overall, the home was very nice and comfortable. The great room was awesome with the views from the upper levels spectacular.

We regularly vacation at the Outer Banks with our family which now totals twelve. The Sea Lark 1 was a perfect fit for our clan. The decore was excellent and the layout provided a good mix of group and private settings. Furnishings were very nice, the unit was well equipped and located right on the beach via the adjacent walkway.
Unfortunately what turned out to be a great week didn't start well. When we arrived, we discovered no linins or no sheets on the beds, a situation we had never experienced before...and all offices were closed at that point. After a restless first night, we discovered that the owners had elected not to provide these with the rental and that they had to be ordered as additions, a situation that was not made clear when the rental was made and certainly had not been our past experience with other rentals. On the positive side, Resort Reality came to our rescue on the second day and delivered these essential items at no additional cost. -

The house was beautiful and well equipped. The only thing needed is a hot tub. Loved the ships watch deck. The plastic deck chairs were old and completely broke into pieces when my husband sat down. Called the office, no one came out to replace or clean up the mess.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We did notice that the house we stayed at was lacking in the cleanliness area upon check-in. Also, the screen door was barely attached and poised to come off as soon as one attempted to open it. I would suggest that you not instruct people to turn the refrigerator and freezer to the medium setting as it took a very long time to get to a proper temperature to keep our food.

We thought that the location and house where great. The back sliding door to the main deck off of the great room is in poor shape and the outside furniture needs to be replaced, but all in all it was a great vacation

We really enjoyed our beach vacation in Sea Lark I. The house was well stocked and relatively clean. We mostly liked how close it was to the beach and we spent a lot of time on the beach.

The house was very spacious and the huge windows gave us a great view of the ocean. We loved the 3 decks with ocean views. The location of this house to the ocean and beach access was key, because we have 2 small children and they could go back and forth to the house (from the beach) quickly if needed.
The only complaint would be to get a better cleaning service. The house wasn't cleaned very thoroughly and we could tell the tenants before us had a dog. We found dog hair in a lot of places and some thick dust. The screen door to the back deck was broken when we got there and the hose was torn/broken. The outside of the house needs to be painted, but the inside was very nice.
Overall we enjoyed our stay immensly. The location to all of the shopping centers was a big advantage as well.

This was our second stay in the Sea Lark and we just love the location of the house and it meets our needs. It has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and just a really nice place to vacation. Our family and our friends also love the fact that we can bring our dogs with us. They are part of the family and it's wonderful to share our vacation with our furry friends. We hope to get back there next year. Oh, also just love working with Resort Realty. We pulled into Corolla from PA early (around 11am) and we checked with them and our house was ready and we were able to get into the house at that time. How wonderful. It's like getting an extra day on the beach. Thank you so much Resort Realty for everything. Also thank you homeowners of the Sea Lark for a place to make wonderful memories. Hope to see you next year.

sea lark I was a good choice for my family of 6 adults & 2 children, 3& 8. this was our first time up in Corolla and we had a good time. The house was perfect for us as it was well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. the house was immaculate and the beach access was right at our door. there is ample parking for 4 cars.resort realty is great to work with and we were in and out quickly. I'll rent through them again. the best part is the beach as it is wonderful right there and access is very convenient. and, our 2 dogs, big and small had a great time. can't wait till next year.

We rented this house for two years. We would have rented it last year but the Owners were in it. Resort Realty has been great. We had a severe storm the second time we rented so missed a day or two. Not the most storm proof house. There was water running down the inside of the double height glass walls and water sloshing in the toilets since the house was shaking so badly but we loved the house and our vacation. Thanks for asking.
