Corolla is a wonderful and beautiful vacation spot. The location of "Seaquinns" was perfect; less than 1/4 mile from where the blacktop ends! The beach was clean and perfect for our extended family of adults, teens, children and a toddler. The house itself was bright, cheery and comfortable. The only complaint was that we were led to believe from the rental documents that linens were provided. Linen was not provided and we had to rush out to rent linen at a
ridiculously high price from Resort Reality. The wording in the contracts and documents is highly deceptive.
"Seaquinns" itself was a great property, in a fantastic location. We hope to stay again soon! -

The SeaQuinns is a wonderful vacation home with just the right amount of beach and traditional decor that made our stay comfortable. The location was perfect and has everything a family could want for an enjoyable stay. The beach and ease of access was especially appealing for our young grandchildren. We are very appreciative for the the support and discount provided to us as a military family.

The weather was great. The house needed some attention. The TV had static. The door knobs on the main floor to the decks were on backwards. The bikes were rusty and missing parts. There were no beach chairs and the beach umbrella not usable. The downstairs room was not usable due to the huge foozball table taking up the entire room. Other than that it was lovely.

This was our first trip to the OBX and it was amazing. The house was spectacular and was in the best location. Corolla Light is in the Northern part of OBX and there are no crowds at all on the beach. You are less then 200 yards from the beach and walking at night with a flashlight to see the crabs was great. The house was very spacious, had a wonderful pool and hot tub. The views for the sunrise and sunset were more then words could express. Thank you again for making our first trip memorable.
